Jay Mitchell is knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I consider myself lucky I got such a great technician at my last service call. He's a gem!

Quentin installed a toilet and sump pump. Even though the toilet presented him with some complications and the sump pump was an add on to requested service, he accomplished both installations with ease and cleaned up afterwards.

Mark was on time and through in his work as well as personable. 🙂

Another great experience with Done plumbing and technician Terry. Had a leak in shower repaired and kitchen faucet replaced. Terry worked to finish job till almost 7pm. They continue to get my business because work is “done” well, explained, provide great customer service and are professional. Terry was sent out a day earlier than scheduled.
Was thrilled to learn they now service electric needs. Had another professional technician Paul out to fix a ceiling fan and replace an outdoor light fixture.

We had our floor drain backup last Friday. We called Done to have the line cleaned. Dylan K came on Saturday morning and tried to clean the drain but found a big clog after several attempts to get through it he called the office and schedules a camera inspection. Laz came on Sunday to do the camera inspection and determined that we had 2 pretty serious clogs. He explained our options and we decided to have the whole sewer system replaced. On Tuesday morning Josh T & Tony P came to start the work and they were FANTASTIC!! They explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. They were very respectful to us and our home. On Wednesday the dig crew came and did their work outside while Josh & Tony continued work inside. They were all very nice and didn't mind my wife watching the work they were doing. We would HIGHLY recommend Done for any work that needs to be done.
We are Done customers from now on.

My technician today Louis Jones was awesome today and performed the water heater replacement with honesty and true professionalism

Jay was quick to diagnose our condenser issue and repaired expertly. We couldn't have asked for more. Way to get it Done guys!

He was efficient, knowledgeable and unclogged our sink effortlessly after we spent two days pouring boiling water down, bioclean, vinegar and baking soda, plunging it, and running a little 25’ hand crank snake to no avail. He also gave great tips to avoid the issue in the future,. Best of all, it was extremely reasonable. I just wish I would’ve called them sooner!

Josh replaced our 20+ year old kitchen faucet that was leaking. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided us through selecting the right level of service and provided useful tips on buying a quality faucet replacement. He also showed great attention to detail by noticing that some of the pipes needed minor adjustments, ensuring better drainage. Highly recommend!

Brian was quick, intelligent, and kind to re-explain some things to me.

Very quick and professional with Brian Argo, was able to diagnose and get my AC unit working with a reset and a coil clean.
