I had them come out for an estimate, and the Tech. was very professional, he explained what needed to be done thoroughly, so can make a well informed decision.

The technicians came in and quickly got to work. They were able to find the culprit to the slow drain in the bathroom and the clog in the kitchen. They discussed in detail the issues. Once the job was completed they cleaned up both areas as if they were never there. Great job to both techs

When my kitchen sink faucet broke, a plumber was available the next morning to install the new unit. He even recommended another brand so I exchanged the faucet I had previously purchased and had a better one installed. I trust these plumbers with my home.

The company contacted me the day before the service to ensure that it was still ok for them to come out. The day of service they called again to tell me when the tech would arrive, which was in the window of when they promised to be here. The tech was smiling and friendly (as other techs I have dealt with with this company have been). He explained what he was going to do and did it quickly and efficiently. This was just a check up on my AC prior to the summer heat. When he was finished, he asked if there was anything else that might need a looking at even though this was not part of the appointment.

Chad did an exceptional job replacing our 2 water heaters. In giving the estimate, he was very clear, detailed and honest about all that would be included in the job. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable & took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommend.

I called today with a question about switching out a kitchen sink and the issues involved with a new configuration of plumbing, disposal, etc. I really wanted an opinion on my options, since I'm getting new countertops and that company would only turn off the water, not reconnect. Long story, but it was determined that the shut off valves were old and did not actually turn off all the water. Without this diagnostic, the remodel would have been delayed, resulting in a charge to me for having them come back. I am glad Done responded so quickly and sent James out within hours of my call. I'm confident now in going through with this remodel. I think a disaster was averted.

Dylan has come out several times to do regular maintenance on our old sewer system. He is always prompt and takes care to answer any and all questions we have. He is very pleasant and tolerates all our animals who insist on being a part of the inspection process.

Done has always acted quickly on all our plumbing and heating/AC. Our most recent heating issue was handled quickly and well by and excellent technician. His work was first class.
