Ian was fantastic. Everything was explained and he provided answers to many questions while he was cleaning my drain regarding other plumbing I may need done. In the future. I was provided estimates and he was very Professional, helpful & cleaned up everything when done. Very impressed with Ian at Done plumbing.

We have used Done a few times, and have always had a positive experience. The company is easy to work with, prompt, communicative, and professional. Their prices are not outrageous, but they do reflect the high quality you will get.
Mostly I came to write a review about DJ. He is a top notch guy and is great at his job. He just installed a water heater for us, and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. He came early, was super knowledgeable (and passed that knowledge on to me), and he did really impressive work. Thouht I had a water leaking from furnace. The guys from Done Plumbing explained that high efficacy furnace are meant to keep the furnace dry. I didn't know that, learned something new today.

I have used Done a number of times in the past. As a single woman, it is hard to find a company who will not take advantage of my situation. They have always been very knowledgeable and always explain everything to me. I had issues with my furnace and both Jayme and Jay were very good about locating the problem and fixing it. They were both very candid about the work that needed to be done and what I would be charged to fix it-they even gave me a break on how much it would cost. Jay did an amazing job of cleaning my vent out and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Called Done to come check on a leaking water heater. They were able to send a tech out the very next morning. The tech, Terry was great! He installed our new water heater and was very friendly, efficient, professional, and informative.

Woke up to a puddle in our basement as a pipe from our water heater had burst. I called “it’s done” and they were able to send someone within the hour! Chad arrived promptly and was very professional. He was able to identify the problem right away, and got that fixed right away. He also checked our water pressure, and realized it was too high, and fixed the valve for that also. He answered all of the questions we had regarding plumbing of our home, and we could not be happier that Chad helped us! Thank you so much!
