On time, actually a little early which is what you want when your ac breaks middle of summer. Jack was super professional and did a great job explaining what happened. Repairs were done on the spot and my ac was up in half an hour. Highly recommend these guys.

What a great team! Austin, Josh, Laz, and Vincent are awesome! Called for a clogged drain, however, we learned that all the cast iron pipes needed replaced. All details were communicated, and progress throughout the days were given. Austin always started and ended the day with "Do you have any questions?", and was very patient with all our questions. We appreciated Josh's excitement as it all started coming together. These guys definitely have pride in their work, and make sure everything was completed efficiently and correctly. They were all great to have in our home for a few days.

He completed the service quickly and requested a follow up video service to review the status of our sewer lines.

Elmir Dido did an amazing job! I had to have some galvanized pipes replaced with Pex and also an antifreeze sillcock installed.
There were several issues he ran into, but he thought the issues through in a very methodical way and got the job done. He went above and beyond. Excellent work Elmir! I would highly recommend him and will be using Done! in the future because of him.

In the span of one week we have used Done! for plumbing repair, air conditioning repair, and electrical work! Their technicians are friendly, professional, and know their stuff!

Installed new air conditioner but there was a new rattle in the air ducts. DONE came out ahead of schedule to look into this problem.

Vincent came, and was very professional. We had a few problems and he addressed all the issues. He was pleasant to work with, he cleaned up and was tidy, and everything seems to be working nicely. I would be happy to have been sent back at our house again someday if needed .
