Done Plumbing sent a professional young man that was capable of discussing options on how to take care of our plumbing situation. This made our decision easier and appropriate.

The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Identified the problem and resolved it quickly . He also made some suggestions for improvements I could make, but did not apply any pressure. I’m very satisfied.

Tech. Mike showed up on time. He listened to my issues. Quickly diagnosed the issues and gave me options.

James checked a few other things for me besides my major concerns. My water heater was high and turned it to a better temp. He checked my shower faucet and adjusted it. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and time.

*Update.
The AC worked for a day and then stopped working. I had to call again and the company is sending another guy to solve it. Not sure what happened……

My AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Jack from Done came next day by mid-day and fixed it all. Amazing service!!

Repair person was on time, evaluated the issue and fixed my problem. He also explained a couple other things for me to do so that I could prevent future issues!

Josh went the extra mile!

We felt lucky that Josh Tweed was assigned to our clogged kitchen sink. The first guy “fixed” it on Saturday, but when we ran the dishwasher that afternoon, both sinks filled with water again. The problem was somewhere further down.
Josh hauled up his video scope, his jet washer, and finally his cable. Still it seemed the clog lay further downstream.

He worked hard all over the house, fished out quite a few pieces of blockage, and explained his plan every step of the way. He has a great attitude and had a way with making my family happy and at ease.

When it seemed he was out of tools, he pondered for a moment, and said, “wait.” He peered into the depths of his cable and noticed that it had become entangled. He took the whole assembly apart, untangled the cable and gained an extra ten feet of length.
He ran it down the line…. again, and “Whoooosh!”
Clear! All the water drained out into the main line.
He showed us on the video camera how the once caked line was now sparkley, we could see water flowing, and clog free.
Ten feet was the “extra mile” our old house needed. Thanks again, Josh!

We were able to get same day service for a leak that a private plumber did not completely fix. The tech completely explained the problem and what would fix it, giving an estimate prior to starting any work. We thought the price was fair and the tech professional.

First, Rena answered my call and was friendly and professional. She got someone out to look at our swamp cooler WITHIN AN HR of calling! Wow.
Our technician, Neil, was prompt, nice, SUPER knowledgeable, and over the top helpful. He diagnosed our swamp cooler problem and sent a quote for repair.
THEN—Neil took the time to check an issue another plumber quoted at over $200. He saved us the whole amount, as it was something that didn’t even need to be done! Finally, he gave great information about the whole house Flow-Tech and filtration systems for future savings. Overall we were very impressed!!

Clyde did a great job replacing our water heaters. He's knowledgeable, personable and answered all of our questions. Paul did several electrical jobs while he was at our home. He too was very helpful answering pur many questions. We are very pleased with his work as well.

I had a great experience hiring Done!/APower electrical this past week… our AC went out which we believed was caused by an electrical issue. Paul D. came out to help.. He ended up finding the issue was with the furnace. Paul, being an electrician could have walked away once he realized the issue wasn’t purely electrical in nature. Instead, he took the time to fully diagnose the issue and was able to fix it on the spot!

We are very grateful for Paul’s help, and would certainly recommend this company.
