This company has lived up to their name. They got the job, DONE! I worked with other plumbing companies but they are the only ones who solved our plumbing issue. Some companies wouldn’t even try to move over a refrigerator to check where the issue is. DJ was amazing! Very friendly and has a warm personality. Unlike others, he would not tell you how hard the job is or complain about it.

We had a problem with our AC and I reached out to several different company’s and was hearing 1 week 10 days and Done HVAC responded to my needs in 30 minutes they had a service man at my house his name was Ben and he did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price he explained everything that was going on bye the way my system is 20 years old so I’m sure a new system is definitely due in our home we know that and Ben fixed our system in 1 hour and it runs perfect he got it going again with minimal repairs and I was the one who told him we need a complete system he never pushed the issue and did his job would highly recommend very satisfied with Done HVAC and will definitely be using them in the future

James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He did his work with captivating ease and confidence. He somehow managed to hold two unrelated conversations at the same time: one where he was explaining what he was doing (his area of expertise), and the other about cats (my favorite topic). 🙂 Not for a second it looked like one was interfering with another, or with what he was doing at the moment.
Done! has done a lot of work for us. We always had great experiences. With his personable demeanor and professionalism (I am running out of complimentary words) James raised the bar quite a bit for any type of customer service in general.

Josh came over on time and assessed the issues with our basement drain quickly. Within about 15 minutes had the problem rectified and new parts installed. Would recommend!
