I had a strange sound that occurred when I turned on the AC.
I have used Done for around 5 years and I have been thoroughly pleased with their level of service. And with the expediency of the services provided.
I contacted them around 1030 Monday morning and they told me they would be able to come to my house Wednesday morning(today)August 2, around 11.
Yesterday, I was pleased to receive a call informing me that a technician in the area and would be able to be at my home to assess my situation by 11am.

I have been using Done Plumbing for years. I refuse to use anyone else. They are family owned and operated.

My house is old and has needed quite a few plumbing repairs from big to small. Done has always been courteous and professional. Most recently my technicians name was DJ he was amazing. Like speaking with an old friend.

I reached out to Done! Plumbing at 1200 on a Friday, fully expecting them to schedule me for the following week. To my pleasant surprise, they told me they had a technician ready for the same afternoon. They scheduled the service, and then called back 30 min before hand to make sure it was still a good time and confirm someone would be there. Vincent showed up at the beginning of the arrival window (I know this has a lot of factors and can vary, but I was still impressed) and was very professional and efficient. In less than 45 minutes he had resolved my issue and explained to me what he thought caused it. I highly recommend this company, the accountability is through the roof and Vincent’s service was excellent.

They sent technicians within two hours who found the issue, fixed it and helped me avoid a much more costly repair due to their quick turnaround. The guys were professional and efficient! I called Done at 2PM when my water heater ruptured. They got out to me within 45 minutes with a new one and roughed it in that night. The next morning Tristan came back and finished the code upgrades. The work was top notch and the communication was awesome. A bit pricey, but for a rush job I would 100% recommend Done and use them again.

What a great experience! Ben Beville is beyond easy to work with and extremely informative and honest. Jack is installing as I type taking care of my HVAC needs with kind, quiet and efficient effort. Sweating and hustling for our family. The responsiveness and quick install is beyond amazing. I cannot believe I got other expensive quotes and almost missed out on getting my install the same day that I called with DONE!

My technician Sean was professional, friendly, and worked very fast to diagnose and fix my AC issue. He even fixed an unrelated problem that was causing my furnace to make a rattling sound. So now my AC not only works but is much quieter than it was before!
