We had Tony, Lazaro, and Josh do a rough in for a bathroom in our basement and they did an amazing job! They kept checking in to make sure everything was done as we wanted and solved every problem they ran into with our best interest in mind. It was so comfortable having them in our house. They were so knowledgeable, respectful and personable! Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs some intense plumbing work done.

Cody was amazing! I needed a new water heater, my sink fixed, and bathroom snakes. They got the job done in 2 days with efficiency and professionalism. I will go back to them if I have any future problems and make them as recommendation to friends and family. They also worked with my schedule and gave transparency on the process.

Technician Andy Heath responded to my request to repair the AC in my house the same day. He stated that the condenser fan and motor might possibly be wearing out, but did a minor repair that got the AC to turn on. I never felt pressured into approving the more expensive alternative and throughout the entire service call, Andy answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally.

Done has came to our house twice in the last 6 months for two different things (plumbing and cooling) and they are hands down the most responsive, kindest, and professional group. They have been the only company we’ve been able to get to our house within a reasonable time without paying an emergency fee.
