DJ Gandee came over to help with some plumbing needs a few years ago. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest! Always have a great experience with Done. Recently had Javier install some new light fixtures and we were extremely happy with the service. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

I had a great experience with Richard Boliter from Done Plumbing. He did an excellent job from start to finish—everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He took the time to explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated, and made sure I understood the work being done.

Justin came out on a Sunday and was very professional and did a great job scoping out our issues as well as clearing the clogs. He answered all our questions and made recommendations. Also, the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Done plumbing.

Air conditioner wasn't working and, of course, we were have a heat wave, Nathan came by, fixed it in no time and found a blown fuse in the furnace.

I have used them about four times in the past 10 years and they are fast and reliable. I have never had a problem with their work and they are friendly and often make recommendations as to how to avoid future problems.

Today we needed a new garbage disposal so we called Done Plumbing. They've always provided reliable work and great customer service. Dylan Knutson arrived on time, gave us options to choose from and after we made our product selection, Dylan had the new disposal installed within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Dylan answered all of my questions and gave us tips for keeping the disposal running smoothly for years. He did a great job. Our technician was Joe. Very competent, polite, and efficient. He replaced our hot water heater and brought the entire installation up to code, since my last install was a diy job. He understood we would be experiencing sticker shock, but actually the price seemed to me to be entirely in the ball park for the work he did and the equipment we got. I’ll certainly call on Joe again, and Done Plumbing.

Chris was the best. Understood the issue and fixed it, working in the cramped crawl space to fix the problem - above and beyond. Very professional, nothing to improve on. Thank you

Steve was fantastic in assessing my spigots, and then replacing the one that was cracked. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient at his work.

Very happy with the quality and speed of work. Javier explained to me why certain things needed replaced, how to understand the risk, and showed me what he would and after did do. I will continue to use Done as my service company, the quality and double checks are worth every dollar for my home's and family's safety.

Lazaro provided excellent diagnostic service for our basement under-floor sewer pipe. He performed a detailed exploration of the pipe including camera video to give us a detailed explanation of the extent of deterioration within the ancient steel pipe. He also presented a detailed explanation of possible options for preventing a catastrophic failure.

Louis was down to earth and explained things in an honest and easy to understand manner.

I had extensive plumbing repairs that was in the thousands of dollars and came as quite a shock. However, once the work was underway I can't say enough positive things about DONE Plumbing and Heating. All the people involved in repairing my plumbing were professional, compassionate and patient in working with me. I would highly recommend DONE to anyone needing plumbing repairs. We contacted Done Plumbing after our water heater broke. They didn’t have availability until the next day but still managed to get up on the schedule within hours! Terry arrived and was very thorough with his work he not only looked at the direct problem but also things that could have cause it. He didn’t just tell us what was wrong but showed us as well. He was very transparent with pricing options and options for a new water heater and even gave us estimates for future work that will help prevent this from happening again. He was very understanding about our request for boot covers due to allergies and even offered to wear gloves and a full coveralls which we greatly appreciated! He worked hard and efficiently and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very friendly! As unfortunate as it was to have it break he made it a better experience and fully replaced it same day! We could not have asked for a better experience!
