Thanks for the excellent job Rosco Tunnell did in replacing my faucet and old turn-off valves to my kitchen sink. He was on time, covered his shoes, and went right to work. Even went and picked up my new faucet. When he came back everything was removed and reinstalled within an hour. And cleaned up after himself before leaving. Nanci Vaughn

I would like to acknowledge Roscoe for his outstanding work ethic. Scheduled an appointment time for 1-3 pm. Roscoe sent a text at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way. Really appreciated the text message that included his picture and some snippets of his personal info! Arrived promptly at 1:45 and began to assess the issue with the kitchen faucet. Once he determined what the issue was, provided me with a dollar estimate and the length of time to complete the work. Upon completion of his work, he showed what had been done and asked if we were satisfied with the work. Extremely happy with the work he completed. My faucet is working great now! Roscoe was so very kind to answer all our concerns. I appreciate the time he took to share his plumbing knowledge. He is truly an asset to Done Plumbing!!

Our neighbors recommend this company. We were very satisfied with the service. The gentleman was professional and when ask a question he didn't know he called his supervisor. I appreciated this because he didn't feed me what he thought it could be but really wanted to figure it out and called for advise. I would recommend this company for plumbing services. Dom, the technician, was very knowledge and thorough and took the extra time to explain the situation to my frustrated Dad. I'm grateful that Dom was so patient and respectful. But it was also very reasonably priced considering the amount of time he spent cleaning the lines. Highly recommend this company and this technician!

They installed a whole house filter, electric water softener, and circulating pump. They provided great advice on selecting a proper correction for corroding pipes. There were two plumbers doing the work and they made sure everything was done correctly. They were also very friendly. They even came back to make sure all was working properly. I would recommend them for any work.

Our basement setup needed modern updating and Tristin worked all day to ensure everything was in working order so that our hot water was reestablished after being sorely missed. Highly recommended!

The technician from Done Plumbing was Vincent. He was on time, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently. We called because we needed a secondary drain cleaned, and Vincent did a thorough job and did several tests to be sure the cleaning was successful. Great job!
