I called expecting an appointment a week or two out, but they could come by the same day! Josh was professional and easily handled the task at hand, although it wasn't super easy. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and explaining the issue to me. I also appreciated that he charged me what I was expecting and didn't try to upsell me on any additional services. I recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Thought we had a toilet leak which turned out not to be the case.
Called for service early evening and had a plumber (Roscoe)at the house the following morning. Roscoe did a thorough inspection of all the pipes in the area, including the adjacent shower, and we concluded water from the shower had splashed on to the floor due to improper closing of shower door by great-grandson. No repair needed.
Roscoe noted a buildup of algae in the toilet tank and in the other toilet tanks in the house. Bottom line, the water softener/filter system was no longer working. Roscoe quoted me a fair price for a replacement system (Halo-5) and was able to install it within 5 days. Very happy with the work and the timeliness of everything from the first service call to the final installation.
Very professional and efficient service by all Done employees included in this process.

Josh was on time, prepared, knowledgeable and professional. He outlined the possibilities and the steps that would be taken depending on what was found as he went through the steps. He resolved the sewer clog and didn't do unnecessary work. He was very helpful in discussing his observations of non-urgent work. Then later provided estimates for that work should we decide to go forward at a later date.

David Railsback was extremely professional and helpful. He took a ton of time to inform and explain to us (both new homeowners) about what we needed. I was very honest about what was needed versus what was not needed. The response time was great. He was able to fix the issue the next day due to him coming later in the evening. Darrell did a fantastic job taking the time to explain and help us decide on a new water heater. We have some unique setups in our house such as a circulating pump and he kept us appraised at each step only replacing the items that we needed replaced.

We are installing a new vanity and sink in my bathroom and realized we had to move the plumbing pipes over. Called first thing in the morning, and Roscoe was at the house in less than an hour.
