Only positive things to say about Done Plumbing and the technician, Chad, that helped us out. We needed a same day plumber and I had a very positive experience (friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, competent) with both the intake rep and Chad. This was our first time using Done and it certainly won't be the last.

The technician was very respectful and showed up timely. He performed the work and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. The install went well and the vanity and sink look great, thank you.

Sean was terrific! He was on time and diagnosed my issue promptly. He initially thought I needed a new motor which would have cost 2K, but then noticed a bad wire connection. He made some adjustments and this issue was resolved.
I appreciate his honesty!

James flushed our water heater today. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very congenial.

1/2" Copper line 1' section replaced. Pinhole leak ceiling of laundry room.

My sister had a frozen pipe that turned out to be a burst pipe when it thawed. Done was there in a day, fixed the pipe, replaced some insulation, and plugged in the heat tape that would have prevented the freeze in the first place.

James, the Master Plumber, explained it really well for my sister and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

For some mysterious reason, I did not get the estimate to approve before I got the receipt from when I gave billing information over the phone. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.

James was very nice and knew what he was doing. He really liked my dogs and they liked him - that means a lot to me! He was on time and was professional.

Jaedon was on-time and professional. Sewer pipe was cleaned in about 45 mins without issue.

Daniel was awesome. He arrived on time and is very professional as well as knowledgeable. He advised me what is best and when I would want to replace my toilets.
