We met with five different plumbing companies for our backed up pipe problem. Done was the only company to take a step back and offer a different solution that did not require jackhammers in our basement. Austin was polite and professional. He did a great job!

We made the appointment last Friday, non emergency and we had an appointment for Monday morning. We were Clyde’s first clients at 7 am. He called 1/2 hour before to inform us when he would be here.
He was professional, friendly, years of experience and informative regarding what we needed and services offered by Done.
He took care of the plumbing needs that we needed in order to have a new fridge water line and for ice.
He also replaced new shutoff valves under sink, to replace old school types. We needed a new shutoff valve for new dishwasher. We would have him back for plumbing in a heartbeat when needed in the future. Thanks Done and Clyde.

I had water coming up from one toilet. Thought it was a leak, no back up in the main line. I called to have Lorenzo help. He was great, friendly and understanding of our situation. He was able to pull out roots, even though its worse then what we hoped, he assured what the problem mostly definitely is. And told me what the next steps would be. I appreciate his time and the company for being responsive and fast on their side. Sadly I have a bigger problem but I understand they can help.

I had a washer hose burst during a winter cold snap that was leaking for days while I was away from the property, was worried about all kinds of additional problems like pipe bursts and water heater damage that likely would have cost 1,000-2,000.
Called DONE plumbing, Clyde comes out, taught me about my property's water-flow and navigated the issues (like a pad-locked release valve we had to call the city for) with patients, the whole thing got fixed the same day for under 450$ and now I have running water again and money left to pay for days of leakage 😂

I've used Done for several things now related to plumbing and HVAC. Today I had a plumbing issue related to a backed up kitchen sink, and I knew right away that I would call Done. They are very responsive, friendly, and professional - from the folks who take the service calls to the folks who show up to help. Each time, the issue and the possible solutions have been discussed with me and all of my questions have been answered. I will continue to use Done in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

Sean was extremely helpful in explaining the repair on our furnace. He could have immediately indicated the furnace needed a $500+ part, yet he worked on the old part and reactivated it, saving us the cost of the new part. He was delightful and very willing to share many details of his work.

Very pleased with the prompt and professional service given by Luis. He replaced one toilet and rebuilt two as well as replacing corroded parts on water heater very efficiently and explained all issues clearly. It was a pleasure working with him.

Our heat went out on New Year’s Eve and I was able to get an appointment quickly with Done. The tech was on time, explained everything we needed to know, and was very professional. Would use them again in the future.

Our furnace went out last Saturday, and we were able to get someone to come check out the old furnace, get a consultation for a new furnace and have the installation done all by the end of Monday.
