My furnace started to have problems right before the holiday weekend. I called late in the day and Done scheduled me promptly the next morning. Andy diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all of my questions regarding heating and cooling. I was impressed by their service.

James called and arrived on time. He was very cheerful and helpful. His work was efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and explained in detail how to operate the new water heater. We will ask for him in the future.

Jason came within 30 minutes of my call! He was excellent. We had a clogged drain amd it took him two hours to get it cleared. He was professional and friendly. Very impressed with his determination.

Great guys, very professional and polite. They were also very informative dealing with all my questions to handle a leak location & repair quickly despite it being in a pretty difficult location.

Chad arrived early (after asking if that was OK), was knowledgeable, efficient, and worked hard. The only down side was his truck was not stocked with all the equipment he needed, so he had to go back to the shop. I think he went above and beyond to get our drain cleaned.

Done Plumbing and Heating came out to repair a gas line leak for me. They were punctual and courteous for the estimate and repair appointments. I appreciate that they were willing to answer all of my questions and that they didn't pressure me one way or another. They were thorough and did an amazing job with the repair. And their price beat my other estimate by $300!

Roscoe was friendly and professional. He took my financial situation into consideration.
Something else I liked about him was that he got along with my cat Otis (LoL).

James and the other employee that might have been training responded to my call and very quickly fixed my toilet. They were friendly and professional, and also offered a lot of insight that was helpful and valuable. They were honest and direct with me and overall, they saved me from a headache and provided a great service! A business transaction I am very pleased with! Luis was great and very knowledgeable. He noticed our water pressure was far too high which can cause major problems in addition to the issue he originally came out for. Communication with the company was fantastic. Overall a great experience start to finish.

Done Plumbing to the rescue! What should have been an easy washer/dryer install by Best Buy turned in to a seven hour day. The cold water shutoff had been leaking so had to be fixed before it could be tested. Also the Best Buy installer was unable to hook up the flex vent so couldn't test the dryer as well. The message was get these things fixed and we will come back to install. The vent connection was not a big deal, something we could do but the leak had to be addressed. We have used Done in the past so gave them a call. I was hoping to have it done that day and was surprised to hear that they could send someone out in a few hours. OK that works. Got a call back saying someone was available shortly. Yay! Neil, the very pleasant technician, fixed the leak and hooked up the dryer vent, (not his problem ). I just wanted to share a positive and these days of negativity. It's obvious that Done Plumbing takes care of their employees. Keep up the good work! Thanks for going the extra mile.

Our water pressure was going out in several places in the house and it turned out hour the pressure was too high and we need a system water pressure regulator. It has been working well for a week now.

They were very knowledgeable and took the time to show
