I just had Roscoe and Jaedon come by to help out with a leaking pipe and water pressure issue. Outstanding service from both Gentleman. They fixed the issue and explained everything to me. This is the second time I have used Done plumbing and heating and have beenextremely happey each time. I highly reccomend this Company.

Without fail, our furnace started acting up upon the first snowfall of the season. They were at our house within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue within minutes, fixed the equipment failure, and even stuck around to tune it up to function more efficiently for the rest of winter. I've found my go to plumbing company with Done! This is a very professional company with everything they do. They are timely, do quality work, and let you know who is showing up to do the work. Roscoe Tunnell and Jayden showed up and were professional from moment one. They cleaned up after their work and made sure I knew exactly what was done with a post job inspection. This company does not use cheap or bargain equipment, but I am willing to pay extra for obvious quality products! I will recommend Done! to all my friends that need plumbing or HVAC services. I was very happy with Done Plumbing from begining to completion. When we first called, she very friendly and efficient. Followed up with emails. Our appointment was scheduled for a week out. They ended up coming two days earlier. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Done!

Dylan came out to help me with a drainage issue with the stand pipe for my washer. He was very polite, professional, and handled the issue with care and precision. Great experience overall! Called about a clogged drain and they came out the next day. Customer service was friendly on the phone and the tech, Vincent, was so helpful. He worked quickly and was clear about what he needed to do and what we should be doing in the future (he was also so kind!).

They also texted an appointment reminder and included a photo of the tech before he arrived.

We’ll definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

We had a draining issue. Our tech was larazo. We was amazing, showed up fixed our issue . Very knowledgeable and professional. Had a sense of humor. All around amazing. I will use this company again with referrals.

Clyde was assigned to my house. We had a leak in a shut off valve that went out to a sprinkler system (that we aren’t using). Clyde replaced the valve quickly and answered several of my questions. After a few days we spotted some more minor leaks, and I called back and was able to talk directly to Clyde to troubleshoot and avoided another visit which would have been unnecessary. The repair wasn’t cheap, but it seemed reasonable based on other online estimates. After getting burned with some expensive and not helpful service from a different plumbing company several months ago, I really appreciated Clyde’s willingness to communicate with us, and the fact that every time I’ve called Done’s someone has answered the phone.
