Install Residential Water Pressure reduction device and relocate Residential Water main shut off valve. James preformed initial site visit and offered several solutions to our needs. He was very well versed in what we were looking for. He showed up at the exact scheduled time to perform the install and everything was done if a professional manner. Prior to leaving, James discussed the install, operated the shut off, showed how to adjust the pressure reduction device, if we felt we had to make changes. At every step of the way James was friendly, professional, and made sure that we were taken care of and that all of our needs, expressed in the initial site visit, were met. Installation of Thermal Expansion Tank on my water heater. James explained the process and educated me on how to tell if a bladder inside the tank fails. He worked quickly and thoroughly on the installation and did a quick filter change on my whole house water filtration. I've used Done Plumbing in the past and their work has always been exemplary.

Ever since our main cast-iron sewer line gave out in 2019, we have had a *lot* of work done through Done! Plumbing. They have always been clear and professional in assessing and solving each situation. The quality and workmanship has been top-notch for everything they’ve done, including: sewer line repair & pipe bursting / replacement, to HVAC & water heater installation, to pipe and valve repairs, and re-installation of sinks & toilets.

This time we needed a toilet re-seated to ready for final inspections after this 3-year long repair process started in 2019, and postponed in 2020-2021 due to the pandemic. Darrell was great and helped explain to us a couple situations caused by tile.& drywallers that changed the toilet rough-in measurements. We ordered a new 10-inch rough-in porcelain seat & tank, and he was able to come back again this time to install it so it fit into the newly renovated space. He also pointed out some things to watch out for such as needing grout sealing & caulking in certain areas. We have had Darrell out multiple times for various parts of this project, and he has always been exceptionally spectacular!

Woke up to a leaky toilet and called Done! Plumbing and Heating and they got us scheduled for an appointment SAME DAY! The tech that came was James Tvester, and he was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got us all taken care of in less than 2 hours!

Done Plumbing and Heating did a good job solving my plugged drain; they were professional, quick to render service, reasonably priced and good with following up. Their technician Lazaro Torres was great, conscientious and very helpful.

Had a back up in a drain which resulted in minor flooding on basement floor. They scheduled a provider to come out within hours of my call. They were transparent about the cost and when all was said and done it was exactly what they said they would charge. No pressure for an upsell. The service provider was delayed on a job prior (not his fault) and they called several times to keep me apprised and updated for the estimated time of arrival. Provider was friendly knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Will definitely use them again!
