WOW! Just WOW! Jeremy R. was just incredible! He literally left my home about 5min ago (service was performed on 09/11/22) & I couldn’t be more pleased. I was having issues with my garbage disposal & he not only assessed the issue, but gave me multiple options to choose from as far as how to correct said issue. Additionally, he fixed it in a timely manner & even asked if I needed help with anything else too! Jeremy R. was so professional, knowledgeable, great problem solving skills & I would not only recommend Done Plumbing, but Jeremy specifically, for any of your repair needs! As a property manager, I use Done Plumbing all the time. DJ our tech today who worked on the swamp coolers was great, knowledge, and honest. We will continue to use Done Plumbing, DJ and their techs for our Plumbing needs.

They also sent me a picture and name of the technician (Dylan) which was such a great safety measure. Then once Dylan showed up he explained everything he was doing or about to do (pros or cons). He was a great representation of the company. Done will be my go to plumber and I will be recommending this company to others. Thank you guys. Great job:):)

From the customer service call to the results of service, I am impressed. They had no additional holiday fees (labor day/weekend and), and we're able to send a tech the next day. The tech, Chad was able to come early. That helped and customer service did call ahead of time to confirm. Chad was polite upon arrival, and didn't flinch at our intrusive yet docile pup. He was able to explain the service and charges in detail. They had the part we needed and was able to fix our problem on the same visit.

This was my first time ever using a plumbing service, but will likely continue as a new home owner.

Vincent came to our house to snake our sewer line because we were having a back up. He showed up on time (which was amazingly very shortly after I called) and did a great job. He communicated effectively and in a way I could understand. He was thorough and efficient and cleaned up after he was done. He was friendly and professional. We have used this company any time we’ve had a problem and have always been really satisfied with both the work and the service. Really appreciated Vincent’s work and the responsiveness of the company!

Vincent unclogged a toilet. He was Extremely Professional, completed the task successfully in a timely fashion. I highly recommend him.

Roscoe came to help us with a small leak and made sure to conduct a through investigation of the root cause before advising of the most economical fix. He also helped me notice another issue with our HVAC that needs attention and I'm grateful for his help. Definitely worth calling back again if I was to ever have any issues

I’ve had to use Done many times. Not that I’m happy about that but these guys are pros and get the job done. I’ve had a toilet reinstalled, shower unplugged, main sewage line cleaned, and refrigerator water line ran. They’re always on time, are competitive and are great at communicating and executing the project. Word out to the crew.
