Vincent came and it took him 30 minutes to open up our sewer drainage. Nice looking guy too!

James was polite, informative about quote options, and had our garbage disposal installed quickly. Overall a good experience with this company.

Lazaro & Done Plumbing was incredibly helpful with our drain issue as our kitchen lines are backing up. Lazaro explained the whole process to me to ensure I was knowledgeable on what was needed and what next steps look like.

Roscoe was superb! We just had a new toilet and new shutoff valve installed. He provided excellent advice and guidance when choosing the best repair options. We will be requesting Roscoe for all future plumbing needs. He is very professional and efficient, highly recommend!!

Done Plumbing and our Plumber Clyde Sweetalla were wonderful. He was quick and efficient in installing our new water heater. We have worked with Done Plumbing in the past and are always pleased with the results. Their customer service has been great and they have always been able to get us scheduled next day for a service.

I had the a great experience with done Pluming. Tony was give me all the information I needed to make the base decision on my issue.
I had roto rooter come in a week before and work on one on my lines. Their blade broke in my main line we have a 3 inch pipe and they used a 3 inch blade they said they need to do a excavation in the basement to remove their own blade, they said it was not their fault and I had to pay out of own. My insurance did not cover do to their equipment.
Their only to option was to used another snake and push it out or to excavate in the basement to remove their own blade and if one did not work I will be responsible to pay for the 2 if option did not work. Over 5 k to fix their own problem I talk to a manager and area manager and they told me it was my issues.
Tony one of the tech from Done plumbing did a free video of the issue they locate the blade where is was and he give me the option to used a jetting option to remove the blade if not we will need to excavate.

Their first option work it save me a lot and they did the job with out any damage to my basement.

I will recommend Done plumbing and I would think 5 times before you call roto rooter got any issues.

Lazaro was an exceptional person. Personable and professional. He provided an honest explanation
Of the problem with the toilet and the options to correct what was wrong. . Replacement was an option but I was going to try an alternative for now. I would recommend Done Plumbing.

I had a very complex plumbing problem and Done Heating and Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. The customer service representative and the manager were helpful in sending out the right people to address my problem. Tony and Vincent came to investigate the issue and provided a reasonable bid. Then they came back to fix the problem which took many hours. Both Tony and Vincent were knowledgeable, professional and respectful of my and the neighbor’s property. I am so pleased with their service! I would highly recommend Done Heating and Plumbing!

James & Bryan were great. Very professional, explained what they were going to do and were much quicker to finish up than they quoted. I was very impressed.

Had a water heater fail early Monday morning. Was able to call and get Clyde (Master Plumber) dispatched extremely quickly.

Clyde was professional and extremely efficient! He was able to remove and install our new heater in several hours and explained the process along the way.

I called Done Plumbing and Heating for a non-emergency faucet repair. They were very responsive and got me on the schedule within 48 hours. When James arrived at my home he was very polite and respectful and got right to work. Even though my faucet was an "off brand" and he thought he may have to order the part, he made a phone call and found where they had one in stock. He went and picked up the part, and completed the repair. This was my first time using Done Plumbing and Heating, and I will definitely call again if needed. Both Done and James were a pleasure to work with.

Roscoe Tunnel was very courteous and on time. Would definitely call him next time I need work done.

Clyde, the technician, was amazing! Super helpful and professional. Had a scheduled time but they had an earlier opening and was able to get here sooner. Would definitely recommend!

James has been a pleasure to work with, he had to fabricate a custom fitting and was overall very proficient, we will ask for him again next time.

Daniel was great, he replaced my old garbage disposal and adjusted some misaligned pipes under my kitchen sink. Explained to me everything he was doing and was super friendly. Becoming a member with DONE! also gets you free service calls to your home, for any services!

Roscoe did a total overhaul of our kitchen sink plumbing including a dishwasher line and a new faucet. He was on time, worked quickly, and kept us informed of what he was doing. What an excellent job!! That is why we use DONE for all of our plumbing needs. We will ask for Roscoe the next time we need repairs.

Jack was a very knowledgeable and professional person! I have heard great things about his work ethic and was recommended to request him and he did not fail to execute! If any other problems occur in the future, we will definitely request him and his partner again! They were also very quick and efficient.
