James Tveter solved my mystery leak in record time for a very reasonable price - this is the third time I have used Done Plumbing and heating and they have surpassed expectations every time.

My father in law and I attempted to change out the kitchen faucet. When doing so we broke two valves where the water line connects. Jeremy Rich was our plumber and he went above and beyond. Not only did he throughly explained the current issue and potential issues, he also finished installing the faucet for us free of charge. The price was reasonable to get the two valves replaced. I was definitely happy with the service.

My technician, Lazaro, arrived on time and was very informative and professional. He made sure to wear protective covers over his shoes as he walked through my house and took the time to clean up nicely afterward. I received great communication from the office as well throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We would absolutely recommend Done Plumbing! Roscoe was very through and knowledgeable, so was able to trouble shoot and identify the source of our leak, which had caused some damage to our hardwood floors. With any plumbing issues, I would recommend Roscoe and Done Plumbing.

James came out promptly from Done Plumbing, was friendly, helpful, and did a fabulous job! He efficiently repaired our leaky toilet, and as an added bonus, did some checking of our water tank. He found that the air compressor bladder had not properly been filled with air, leading to potentially dangerous pressure problems in our pipes. He fixed that. He also helped my elderly parents re-discover where their water main shut off valve is, which is so important to know in case of flooding. We'll definitely be contacting James at Done Plumbing in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

I would give the tech Darrell Begay a five star review. His attention to detail, keeping me informed of options and work being done were spot on. He was also very neat and picked up after himself well. Plus, I enjoyed talking to him. He's a good guy that I will request when I have more service performed.

Dylan came out so quickly to help clear our drain. Not only did he clear the drain, but he educated me on my plumbing system. I can now confidently take care of our plumbing. Excellent service. We hired Done to replace a 22 year old water heater. The new one they installed had issues keeping the pilot light lit. John, the technician stayed in touch with us daily and came back out a couple of times to try and correct the problem. After John and another technician came out a couple of times, changing the vent and other possible problems, he and his supervisor, Brian, made the call to replace the water heater with a different make. Apparently we just had a defective machine.
Problem solved. Their proactive follow ups was some of the best service we have received from any company. We will definitely call them again with heating and plumbing issues.
