I have been meaning to write this review for a bit. I found out about Done when I was at my friend's house where her sewer line was being cleaned out. I was impressed with Chris the technician and told him I planned to have some water faucets replaced at my house, including the old cold water shutoffs. I requested him for that work and everything turned out well. He coordinated with the city I live in to get the main water turned on/off, etc. More recently, Sean came over to do a tune-up on my A/C system outdoors. The twenty-two year old fan was making noise and the breaker and dual capacitor were also replaced. He also checked general function. Both Chris and Sean were professional and no call backs were needed.

Roscoe showed up early and was very helpful with finding water leak and solving the problem.

Roscoe came out and did a fantastic job replacing our faucets for the washing machine. I highly recommend Done for any of your plumbing and heating needs.

Neil did a great job identifying and resolving a faulty inlet valve. Problem solved in less than one hour! We will use Done Plumbing & Heating again, if needed!

They answered our call on the second ring - on a Sunday. They showed up on time. Daniel was professional, courteous, patient, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue of our plugged plumbing, and gave us options to address the current and potentially future issues. He clearly explained what he was doing and once done tested the fix to ensure it worked. He also corrected a plumbing issue under the sink and now it drains/works better than ever.

After speaking to three AC companies that did not understand the water pump AC system, I finally decided to call Done plumbing and it was the best decision I could have done. My system is not common, but the technician (I believe his name was Sean) investigated the issues rather than just pass it off. It turned out to be a rather simple fix that none of the other company technicians bother to check. Very professional, on time, great manners… this is as happy as a customer can be.

We needed an outdoor faucet repaired and a new toilet installation. Our tech., Roscoe, was very patient and helped us with the above work. We will request him whenever we need work done. Pricing was fair and work was done as if it was his own home.
