I’ve Been using Done for several years for several problems and have always been pleased with the outcome. No one likes paying a plumber but it’s life as a homeowner!

The person on the phone was able to assist me immediately for a leak in one of my bathroom ceilings. James, when he arrived, was very polite and professional. He problem solved the issue and fixed it right away. The whole experience was great. They took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Thank you!

Very impressed with the service and communication I received even prior to my appointment. I called Done Plumbing and Heating, set the date and time and it was DONE! I had called AAA Plumbing and Heating, made an appointment and the contacted me 4 times to keep moving my appointment back all the way out to July 23rd???
Got reminders from Done which was great and Andy showed up promptly!
The service was top notch, Andy showed and explained everything!
He was professional and very pleasant.
I will need a total new HVAC system in the future and I will definitely be calling Done Plumbing and Heating!

Asked Done plumbing for evaporative cooler service and they sent tech James. He arrived first thing in the morning and assessed the situation and went to work. He had everything put together and up and running in short order. Very pleased with his professionalism and keeping me informed on the total job.

FANTASTIC work! Anthony was as knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and professional as any plumber I have ever used. I needed a dozen water shutoff valves installed and multiple faucets installed and it all had to be done in a short time window due to my condo association's limits for the water shut off, and Anthony was EXACTLY the professional I needed. He got everything done with no problems or issues he could not handle, and is ability to tackle & figure out all obstacles and explain all procedures was exceptional. I had gotten estimates from several other highly rated plumbing companies and Done Plumbing's price was competitive, a good fair price for quality professional work. I am very picky when having work done and next time I have a plumbing issue I will definitely call this company first.

I had some water damage that Roscoe investigated. It ended up being a roof leak and not plumbing. He was very professional and honest. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need which is appreciated.

Needed our sump pump replaced. Chad did a great job. He was on time, friendly, and he quoted the price upfront before doing any work.
As far as the company itself, it was simple to schedule an appointment online. They kept us updated on the tech's arrival status, and sent a picture of him beforehand. We'll continue to use them in the future.

We appreciate the fast effective response to a leak in our refrigerator line that was dripping water on our hardwood floor. The problem was quickly evaluated and fixed within a hour of Roscoe's arrival. Roscoe was great to work with.

Our tech Sean went above and beyond our A/C tuneup! He walked us through future options for when our unit eventually goes out without making us feel like a sales job. He helped us with our new connected thermostat which has been confusing to use. Sent us a YouTube video on options for built in air cleaners because of health reasons. He was truly professional and honest in his recommendations! The scheduling of service was a breeze and they even checked in when they had a tech in the area to see if they might be able to get us taken care of sooner. I will only use Done going forward and you should too!

We purchased a new house four years ago and have had a strong sewer smell in our laundry room on and off ever since day one. Our new home warranty through Lennar/CalAtlantic sent their plumber out several times over the course of two years trying to diagnose the issue. When they were unable to find out what the problem was, they eventually gave up on us and we were forced to find other plumbers. We had three or four different plumbing companies out who also could not find the problem and made no real effort to stick with it through resolution.

I contacted Done Plumbing a couple of weeks ago and John came out to inspect and discuss with me. He was extremely empathetic and listened very closely to my long story about what was previously done, what we were experiencing, etc. I can't even begin to express how much it meant to me to feel validated that this was indeed a serious problem and to be reassured that he would get to the bottom of it no matter how long it took. Another gentleman, James, was also brought in to help with a series of more complex diagnosing (smoke test, attic and roof access and inspection, and much more).

John gave me his personal number and kept me updated all along the way. They were very transparent about the price and never went above what was agreed upon even in such an unknown situation. They were very thorough and located the problem, along with another unrelated issue, and resolved a four year battle that made me want to move out of my home! There ended up being a completely open pipe in our drywall that was emitting sewer gas (never capped).

I appreciate these two men so much and will not even consider another plumber again. Their professionalism, communication and customer service was absolutely exemplary. I am so grateful to them and their company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber! Give these two men a raise immediately!

We had an intermittent leak that several other plumbers had been unable to identify. The plumber sent by Done listened to the history, found the potential problem, proved it was an actual problem and made recommendations to prevent it in the future. Very impressive service and value.

Daniel our technician was super effective, unclogged a sink and shower drain super fast. But it was his eagerness and kindness to teach me about plumbing and home maintenance that I really appreciated. Our home is old and being our first, I'm pretty uneducated on how to properly keep it all going. He was really nice about it and I will definitely keep done plumbing on my go-to lists. It feels good to be confident in your repair choices, I never felt like I was being pushed into a costly decision. He gave me all the facts and I will have my disposal replaced by them in the near future so I don't have another episode.
