Done Plumbing is not my regular plumber. He was not available, and our bathroom was clogged. So I called out of the blue and the service was EXCELLENT. Courteous on the phone, they sent follow up email to confirm the appointment. They were able to come earlier than I expected, but called first to see if that was okay. The techs (Tony/John) were professional and pleasant. They got right to work, and dealt with the clogged line in very short order. The invoice was incredibly detailed. I appreciate the level of professionalism. The service was not cheap, but when you need the help, you pay the cost. And then you hope it's worth it. I'd recommend Done Plumbing very highly.

The plumber, Dallas, is excellent... He came in, assessed the problem, and had the hot water heater working perfectly in a timely manner... He was polite and very knowledgeable...i would highly recommend Done Plumbing and requesting Dallas...

DJ from Done Plumbing & Heating was great! He diagnosed the problem with our old water heater then quickly & efficiently got a new one installed that same day. Not only was he informative and well spoken but he was also very respectful always wearing his mask while working in our house during this time of COVID. My wife and I will strongly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating to any of our family, friends or neighbors who have plumbing, heating or AC service & repair needs.

They showed up within an hour on a Sunday, gave me all my options and prices, were very clean and got the clog unblocked within an hour.

I called Done late in the afternoon and they were at my house within an hour. Lincoln was very knowledgeable and did a couple of tests to determine how he could go at our clog. Instead of going through the toilet and having to remove it he decided to go through the bathroom sink. It worked great and our clog was removed. He was very professional and even fixed up my sink into better shape than it was.

Clyde and Brick were my technicians. They were right on time and took care of my plugged toilet efficiently. All costs were communicated up front and work was done quickly. They were great! I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues!

I called around 9 am to schedule service and there was already a tech in the area. Gilbert showed up promptly and assessed the situation. He was courteous and listened to my water heater concerns. The work was done quickly and Gilbert explained the issue and the repairs he made. Lastly, he gave me tips on how to keep the water heater in working order. This is my second time using Done Plumbing and Heating and have been satisfied both times.

Nathan Shearer was spectacular!! Answered every question, very personable and professional, suggested other services he could offer which we decided to take he wore his mask covered his feet and continue to explain everything he was doing including the bill continue to ask if there were any more questions we had about anything related to plumbing in the house that he could assist with and I can’t say enough good things about his customer service style!!!

Our furnace went out on a Friday. I called them Saturday morning and they had someone out to give a quote quickly. Compared to another company we called they were almost $700 cheaper and didn’t try to upsell us on a whole bunch of items just gave suggestions not pushy. He described the whole process brought back space heaters for us to use and got us on for a Monday morning g installation. The two guys who installed the furnace were professional, covid safe, and patient with my questions. Would for sure recommend
