Roscoe was the technician who responded to my repair request. He was knowledgeable and very professional. My particular repair was not easy but Roscoe didn’t give up. He not only successfully completed the repairs but saved me money in the long run. I definitely would recommend him for any plumbing repair or installation.

Gary provided excellent service installing a new garbage disposal. We purchased a garbage disposal from hardware store after reviewing products online. Gary was knowledgeable about the product and completed installation with no issues. He was courteous and answered all our questions.

We have used Done plumbing several times. They have repaired our AC (and they were able to send someone out next day for us!), fixed an outdoor pipe break, and repaired our bathroom sinks. Everyone had Done has been friendly, courteous, and up front about the costs. I would recommend them to anyone and they will continue to be our go-to service provider.

done! Was the only company I called that was ablue to come out same day to fix a valve in the hot water heater.
Although I was charged $475 for 10 minutes worth of work, it was worth it as this prevented a gas leak from continuing.

Nathan Shearer just repaired a leak for us. Every time we used the kitchen sink it leaked into the basement. He identified the problem IMMEDIATELY and fixed it within an hour. He was so professional, nice, personable and knowledgeable. We live in a house built in 1887, it has many plumbing issues and he had no problem fixing the leak and giving us excellent advice on what to do for other problems. Thank you Nathan, you are the plumber everyone wishes for!

Have nothing but good to say about the company and their representative Charlie. He was knowledgeable, experienced, experienced in his field and professional.He walked me through my options. Talking the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. Never felt pressured to do more than what I thought was best for my household. He found crack on the main pressure valve that had started to pool water. Probably caused by the cold snap. He was able to address the issue right there. I avoided a water disaster in my home. He replaced the valve and the water heater. The work went quickly and cleanly. At final inspection, my questions were clearly answered and the bill fully explained. The cost was reasonable.. For what had stared as an inconvenience and could have been a flooding issue; it was all resolved with minimum fuss. Am grateful and would call for all my plumbing, heating and AC needs.

We called Done! about a clogged drain at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They were to our house within a hour and had the repair done within 30 minutes after that. Justin from Done! was respectful of our house (booties and a mask), knowledgeable and very professional. The next time we have a plumbing problem, Done! is first on our list!
