I called two other plumbers in Aurora, CO and they didn't call me back. Done answered the phone and gave me an appointment for the next day which is what I requested. Chris came out, was on time, and did the job perfectly and was extremely personable and professional. I had a leaky sink and Chris fixed everything perfectly.

Austin Steinbach from Done Plumbing and Heating came out on Thursday, May 6, 2021, to remove and replace my townhouse's kitchen drain line beneath the basement floor due to it being completely broken. He started work at 9 am and finished at 9 pm. Austin allowed me to watch the entire construction of removing and replacing the kitchen drain line during this time period. He had to jack hammer through the basement floor. He put the broken concrete and spoiled soil in many buckets in order that I could take the broken concrete and spoiled soil to the townhouse community dumpster. Next, he installed new SDR plastic pipe (in place of using new cast iron pipe) for the kitchen drain line into the newly constructed trench. He made sure that this newly installed pipe had the correct fall. He put pea gravel beneath and around this newly installed pipe. Before pouring new concrete over the newly installed kitchen drain line, he had me run water into the kitchen sink to make sure that there were no leaks in this newly installed kitchen drain line. After no leaks were discovered, Austin poured the new concrete, and then, he finished smoothing the concrete out. Then, he ran the inspection camera through the newly installed line for a final pipe inspection.

Austin was very professional in his work, and he allowed me to ask of him any questions during the entire construction process. Also, he allowed me to take pictures of the entire construction process.

I called for service on a Saturday afternoon and had a tech arrive the next day. Our tech Chris was young, but I would put him up against any seasoned old-time Plumber any day, he knew his trade and knew it well!! Chris answered any questions I had and was more than helpful. Thank you Chris!!

WE LOVE DONE! We called RotoRooter and they left us hanging for SIX HOURS, in the meantime DONE! came out and finished completely. We had been using RotoRooter to get our lines jetted in the past, but since they would not respond to us we decided to try DONE! RotoRooter would come out, and jet from EITHER the top floor or the bottom floor, in under an hour. Dalton came out, jetted from the top and bottom, spending over 2 hours with us. AND the work is guaranteed for 270 days- THIS IS THE PLUMBER YOU WANT!

The technician arrived on time, was very professional and efficient. He also cleaned up in the work area and gave me some tips to prevent future issues. Highly recommend this company, thank you Done!
