These guys are the best in the business! They have helped with everything from small home repairs to larger installation projects in our commercial building for our business. They are always professional, quick, and do great work!

To start with, the dispatcher Amari, who was extremely helpful, followed through and called back when a customer had cancelled. That allowed for same-day service! John, who did the initial assessment, was kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough! He also offered a break in price without us even asking! Caleb and Tony returned to complete the task the next day and did not disappoint! They cleaned up every remaining dust speck as they left! Wow! I would HIGHLY recommend Done Plumbing! Excellent service all the way around! From the moment I booked it with representative on the phone, to the technician coming to house and doing water heater installation, the service was fantastic. Highly recommend and will use again.

After some consideration, I'm changing back to 5 stars. I had recently dropped them due to what I perceived as very high pricing for a simple fix. However, the tech's I've had are really, really good. They are the kind you WANT to come out. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they show on time.

My last experience, I really thought the estimate was crazy high, however, after some consideration I think I've re-evaluated exactly what I'm paying for. I would definitely call these guys again KNOWING that I'm going to get quality work done, done correctly. Is it going to be the cheapest option? Probably not, but to be honest, I probably DON'T want to use the cheap option. I just have to get my head around the fact that you pay for what you get. Probably better to pay more and KNOW it's right, than save a few bucks and deal with a role of the dice.

Original review (2015?): These guys are great. Had them at our place in the past, but this was an emergency as water was dripping into our basement (on a Sunday of course). Very happy with Ivan's work and attitude.

When I saw that a valve needed to be replaced, I stood there and contemplated doing it myself. Ivan even showed me what I'd need to do. HomeDepot is around the corner, open and I have a wrench!...ultimately I had him do it. Which was for the better.

Yes, $200 for a $15 part seemed excessive at first. What you are paying for is experience. When something goes wrong, doesn't go as planned or even when he does something I would not have known, or ever thought to do...that's why.

Tech. Found out the drain cleared it self over night

I needed a toilet fixed on Labor Day. I called expecting someone to respond after the holiday. They not only answered the phone (happily) when I called, but sent Dallas the same day in about an hour after I called. Nice knowledgeable guy who got the job done. My only complaint is the price of parts, but that's not their fault.

Done is great! This week, I had a major leak in my basement from my outdoor spigot and Clyde (total pro!) came and got it fixed in less than an hour! I've been a loyal Done customer for years now, and I highly recommend their services. Technicians are always reliable, friendly, and professional.

Done is fantastic! They have come to visit our house twice now, and have been punctual, helpful, and friendly. They've done a great job of helping with our a/c issues. I highly recommend their company, and will absolutely continue to use them for all our needs.

Lincoln came out on time, was very professional, explained everything, completed the repair and did additional tracing to make sure that I wouldn’t have additional problems. The repair was done efficiently and I’ve had no problems since. And the price was a high and that was my only issue. That the work was done on Saturday, mitigates part of the extra cost.

They were efficient, on time, no hidden costs, no upselling, and very professsional. I would definetly use them again!!

The technician's name was James and he was friendly and professional in every way. He installed a new sink in our kitchen and a new toilet; both jobs were done efficiently. He gave us options for both repairs, he replaced three worn out water shut-off valves without being asked to do so, and he removed all of the old fixtures, boxes, etc.

My elderly client called to have their air conditioner serviced by this company and Jamey came out. He was not only professional and very helpful, but Jamey went above and beyond with his customer service. I was very impressed and will be recommending this company to everybody I can.

I have used Done Plumbing many times over the past few years. Done Plumbing is on my contact list for rental properties. They are alway prompt and get the job Done. I have had toilet repairs, clogged drains, and main line clean outs. The best bang for the buck.
