Called Done for a second opinion after another company gave me an extremely high quote for a service (that wasn’t even necessary). Done was able to get me in the following business day. Great communication during the booking process. They were on time and fixed my furnace issue quickly. Jamey was kind and professional. I will only be calling Done from now on!

Austin was amazing! They were able to send a technocian the same day, (no 8 hour window of when they "might" show up- he was there in less than 60 minutes) he was professional, mindful of the cleanliness of my house and careful to take measures to keep it clean. He did a fantastic job laying out the potential options, the cost, the determining factors of what the beat course of action was, and answered many questions with patience.
Overall, i'm soooo happy and will absolutely use this company again. Pricing was reasonable and we got exactly what we asked for. Thank you!

The short version is the garbage disposal was a lemon. Caleb came out and cheerfully helped me order a new one. When the new disposal came in Caleb cheerfully and professionally installed the new one.

Our water heater was not working to our expectation. Tech came in and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He also fixed my in house humidifier. This was not part of the original scope of work but he happily fixed it and answered all of my plumbing related questions.

Prompt and friendly plumber arrived one day after event. He was courteous, diligent, & informative the whole way through. I was very pleased with the work.

I reached out to this company because of their great reviews that I read. They were very professional and able to come out the same day which was very convenient for us. They did a pre-call before to let you know the technician was on their way. I also appreciated the email they send you some more info about the tech which made it seem more personable. The pricing was very comparable if not better than other places I reached out to. The tech was educational and got the job done. It’s been less than a week which is how long they warrantee their work but so far so good. Would recommend.

If you need same day or next day service, Done Plumbing is a very good choice . Excellent service so far.
Update January 2020. Again, nothing but good to report of this firm. Done’s plumber Josh took the time to analyze various aspects of our problem, outlined the possible causes, and finally took apart the pipes until he found the specific problem area. He not only fixed the immediate problem but also put in some new pipe to increase the safety of our system. He was very friendly and an excellent explainer.
It can be difficult to find a decent plumber who can come out at short notice. I’m increasingly impressed by Done Plumbing.
Update November 2021. Dallas installed a new bathroom sink faucet and completely changed the under-sink plumbing. He might be the best Done plumber yet. I was impressed by his speed, accuracy, and customer-friendly explanations. Done sent him out the day after I called just before Thanksgiving. I was astonished that they found a high-level plumber in such short order.

Tony Pavicic from Done plumbing and heating come out and video scoped our sewer lines after we got scammed by Rooter Town. Tanner ,from Rooter Town LIED to us about an inspector coming out to pressure us into getting possibley unneeded work done. Tony scoped out our sewer line and gave us the video to show at least the work had been done and Done did it for us for free!!! Tony answered my questions I believe ,honestly. After getting taken so badly by Rooter Town, Done will be the company we use for any further needs,

Johnb was outstanding in helping repair a gas leak identified by Xcel energy. His patience was noteworthy and I would definitely ask for his support in the future.

Done plumbing is the only company I will use. Not only are they quick they are incredibly knowledgeable. My main line clogged on a Sunday. I called them at noon and by 1pm they had cleaned out my line. Price doesn’t matter to me when the quality is there. They even set me up to have a camera inspection done, for free, for me. I will need to get the main pipe replaced and they are there to walk me through that process. Use DONE plumbing if you want your repairs “done” right the first time.
