Linc H was my technician that was tasked with installing 3 toilets in one day for my home. Linc was prompt, professional, pleasing personality and always let me know what he was doing. Considering the task in front of him, it was completed beyond my expectations. Once the job was complete everything was clean and ready to go. I have used Done for all of my plumbing needs for the last 6 years, including HVAC, Furnace & Water heater. I have never been disappointed and will continue to use their service. When you don't have confidence in that "Friend of a Friend", call Done.

Jack and Teddy came out to inspect a furnace that I thought was making a slight burning dust smell when cycling. Inspected furnace quickly and did some maintenance. Appreciated the fact they did not try to sell me on something I did not need. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Dylan was the young man that arrived at my home to address my drain issue. Dylan was polite, professional, knowledgeable and a fine young man. He is a true asset to your company. Because of Dylan's professionalism and demeanor I would not hesitate to call your company again if I had an issue, as well as recommended others to call your company if they had an issue. I can't say enough about this young man's service. I'm a retired disabled veteran and a retired commercial construction superintendent. I know a good worker when I see one, and I just thought everyone should know how pleased I was with the respectful service I received!

Thanks to the team at Done Plumbing & Heating, I’ve worked with a few of their technicians, and they all have been great. Once I get all of their names, I’m going to provide an additional post, but for now, I’ll like to recognize Jamey for his support!

DJ helped us with our sewer and drains in an emergency. He was extremely professional, clear, and effective. We will be requesting him when we use Done going forward!

Bryan H. arrived on time and was great in evaluating our hot water system. The price for the hot water tank installation was what I had expected and Bryan did a great job removing the old tank and installing the new one. Very pleased with the safety checks he performed to make certain everything was working properly. I would highly recommend using Done Plumbing and Heating.

As always excellent service. Dylan was very professional and always let me know what he was doing. He made sure that he cleaned up after the job was completed. I definitely would refer Done Plumbing to friends. I don’t normally write reviews but Dylan impressed me.

Although there was a delay in the time of my appointment, the office service staff was reassuring and kept me apprised of status and timing. The Plumber, Daniel Hopkins, was courteous and very efficient as he diagnosed the problem with the sewer drain and skillfully fixed it. Daniel then explained all that had occurred, what he did to repair it, and then gave me very good pointers on how to avoid future recurrences. I also was given a referral to a restoration company to complete the cleanup work. Done Right has competently handled all my plumbing and HVAC work in the last 3-4 years and all their staff is exceptional and caring and I intend to hire them for all my future plumbing needs.

Benjamin was here to check my furnace that was not working! He arrived on time and started working. After consultation and pricing new furnaces we decided to replace the old furnace. He worked all day, set up the electricians needed and completed the job within the same day!
He answered all questions and provided complete instructions for the new furnace and thermostat. Very professional, easy to talk with and stayed on task.

I have used Done twice and both were for emergencies so the jobs were not cheap but they arrived fast and fixed my problem making me very happy with the experience. They send DJ yesterday to fix a broken hot water line and he arrived on time gave me options and did the job in time for dinner.

We had Dylan K and he was great all round. Clean, polite, wore a mask the whole time, got the job done, and gave us a good, fair price. Done is first class, and Dylan fits right in with that.

Done plumbing, Anthony, in particular was excellent. He was prompt and respectful. Communicated problems and mitigation effectively. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Chad did an amazing job of finding the problem, putting my mind at ease after the previous encounter with a different plumber the night before! He was thorough and got the job done in a small amount of time! He even pointed me in the right direction of an emergency clean up crew and also pointed out areas we might want to keep and eye on! Thanks for being so professional Chad!

Dylan was amazing Unfortunately the pipe was clogged again and he kept trying to unclog it after hours of trying he had a complimentary camera guy come in to look at the line to make sure there wasn’t more wrong The next guy Austn came out and was able to clear the line. Both of these have amazing customer service skills! Their manager Vern could learn from them. He was a rude smart mouth on the phone! I will only continue to use Done because of these two gentleman and the lovely customer service ladies!

Tech was Jamey not only was i pleased with his professionalism and promptness, I would ask for him again. Thank you.
