I had two different issues going on at my condo: one was plumbing the other involved my heating thermostat.
Thanks to Done's flexibly I was able to schedule two different Tech's on the same day and got both problems solved.

Did an awesome job! I called and they arrived 30 minutes later about two years ago and this time Dylan was early, pleasant and actually gave tips to maintain our drains! Great service and much appreciated!

I had a problem with a humidifier that caused flooding in my finished basement. Another plumbing contractor came out and totally botched the job. Done came out and re-did everything professionally and with a one year parts and labor warranty. I wouldn’t use anyone else but them next time. Daniel was so awesome today! Actually the whole company. I woke up to my toilet leaking called them in the morning and someone was out by that afternoon. Daniel was kind, courtesy, and knowledgeable and walked me through it all step by step. Took time to answer my questions and we even had a couple of jokes. I'm a first time homebuyer so the process initially stressed me out, but he really helped to put me at ease. They will now be my "GO TO" plumbers from now. Thank you!

Jack and Teddy were very efficient and professional during the annual furnace maintenance and inspection. Afterword they explained what the state of the furnace was. I had told them of some strange noises that seemed to come from the furnace on an irregular basis. They tried to duplicate the conditions in order to try to find the cause and, as with car repairs once the car is in the shop, the furnace refused to cooperate.

Dylan was terrific. He arrived after 6 pm on a Friday and was here for several hours. Despite the late hour, he was careful to explain everything to us about what was leaking and what he had to do to fix the problem. His work was thorough and competent. He even went to Home Depot to get necessary parts and then stayed after completing the repair to look at some other plumbing issues and provide an estimate for repair. We’d be very comfortable calling on Dylan again for plumbing repairs.

Done was outstanding. They were professional, thorough, and absolutely committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our technician, Jack Higgins,, was exemplary. He had to replace two furnaces for us. He arranged the electrician, pulled the permits, installed the furnaces perfectly, made sure it was interoperable with the AC and humidifier, brought it up to code (as we hand our furnace for 18 years) answered all of our questions, and spent the entire day making sure it was a perfect installation. Jack was outstanding, honest, and complete. The pricing was good, the service was better than the others. I give them an A+. You can trust them and have high confidence that it is done perfectly.

I was so grateful that they were able to get a service technician so quickly...it was an emergency and could not have waited even one more day. The service technician was so clear about what was going to be done and with the cost, I had no questions. He was fast and courteous and cleaned up after himself! I am very happy with the job he did and is on my speed dial for any future work... emergency or not!

Dylan was wonderful and uncloged our floor drain. Because this has happened before he set us an appointment to have a camera check our main line. He was very professional and friendly. Super friendly.

I thought it was expensive at first but for the service and professionalism, well worth spending the money. And really not that much considering we could have been a lot worse.

We've used Done for sometime now. They got us through the nasty experience of having to dig up and replace our main sewer line two years ago.
Austin came out yesterday to clean out our floor drain in the laundry room and to clear a clogged sink in the basement bathroom. The bathroom sink and attending plumbing parts were totally shot, rusted through and leaking already. It needed to be replaced. Austin did an awesome job from start to finish. He was very professional and friendly. So, my roommate now has a shiny new sink and faucet in her bathroom with all new plumbing! Very pleased with our service, once again!

Superb service as usual! Josh got the kitchen sink functioning again and he was knowledgeable and friendly!

Darrell did a great job for us, as usual. We don't use any other company.

New water heater was installed quickly and it works great 👍

DJ was an absolutely fabulous technician. I just bought a fairly old house and it is going to need a lot of plumbing work, and I can’t wait to have him back to fix what needs to be fixed. He was so honest and forthright with me – a big deal when you’re someone who does not know what they’re doing. Trust is important to me and I definitely trust DJ.

I had the pleasure of having Jamey come to look at my intermittent furnace. He helped me understand a lot of the ins and outs and completed the repair in no time

I noticed a leak that may be coming from my upstairs shower. I saw water dripping from my awning after a shower was taken. Daniel came out the next day after my call and did some investigating to see if a pipe was leaking under the shower. After finding the piping he found no leaks in the pipe below the shower, above my kitchen. He looked closer at my shower and found some shower tiles loosened enough that the water was running down the shower wall following the joist and that was the dripping I saw. I just needed to get my shower pan either replaced or re-calked and regrout my tile after checking with a mitigation company to make sure there was no mold in the wood/sub floor we could see from the cut he made in dry-wall ceiling. I was happy he didn't mislead by saying there was a plumbing problem. When the mitigation company came out they concurred and also said everything was fine. Daniel gave me phone numbers for tilers, drywall personnel, etc. Anything I may need. I would use this as company again for any plumbing need. I feel I can trust them.

Jeremy was amazing! The jobs were not easy and took a lot of work. Our drain leak was diagnosed and repaired along with a gas leak from the water heater. They are both working/running great now.
Jeremy was polite and professional throughout and would definitely recommend their services and will use them myself in the future.
Someone give this guy a raise please!
