What Denver Homeowners Say About Done

I am excited to tell everyone about how important my mention of Done and it's professional staff is to me...it's literally a matter of life and death! No kidding! An elderly woman friend of ours had roofers do repairs at her house recently and she noticed something amiss in her garage HVAC exhaust piping. I looked at it late last night and was a bit alarmed. The roofers had dislodged the PVC induced exhaust pipe and it was allowing carbon monoxide and carbonic acid vapor emissions in the garage. Had this been an interior unit, there's a likelihood our friend would have already expired regardless of a CO detector alarm. Done dispatched Justin immediately to fix it. Justin was experienced, well spoken, and attentive. I could not be present to fix the pipe myself and my reliance on Justin gives me confidence about what I wanted to believe America still stands for. Justin was kind, genuine, and technically adept at his trade and took me input seriously and wasn't dismissive either. Justin represents Done at the highest standards possible and he has convinced me perhaps I should use done at our place too for future work. Iwould like to personally thank Justin and also recognize Beth in dispatch too. Overall, I only wished that all my relationships and transactions in life went this well....that's how outstanding I view Done's service. Thank you.

We had two services today - Heater Maintenance and Tankless Water Heater Flushing. Both service personnel were professional and friendly and explained what they were going to do and then what they did (one was Darrel and I _think_ the other was Randal - not sure). We are very pleased with Done Plumbing & Heating and have signed up for their 1st Service Club!

Jack and Teddy were awesome in assisting me! They were very helpful and informative. As a first time home owner, I truly appreciate the knowledge they were able to give me. Thank you guys again!

I needed my water line / valve to my refrigerator replaced and Roscoe did and amazing job! He was on time, efficient and very professional! I would definitely use Done again for my plumbing needs.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. We had a pretty serious situation, where the sewer line from the house to the main had formed a belly and was backing up into the house. Not only was Done! able to get someone out pretty quickly, but they stuck with us throughout the whole ordeal. Tony and Vincent were fantastic, they were very up front about our situation and in outlining our options. We went with Plan A - lower cost and it had a chance of working. After about a week it was clear we would have to go to Plan B, higher cost on plumbing and excavating to the line. To get to the line, there was a cement patio on top of the line, with a couple of beams supporting the roof....so all of this had to be coordinated with Diamond Drilling & Sawing (who were also great). This whole thing took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish, and Tony and Vincent stuck with us the whole way, including a couple of reschedules due to patio removal etc.

Ultimately, the patio was sitting on a footing tied into the foundation going down 9ft, and removing it would have been a huge (and expensive) problem. Tony, Vincent and the Done! excavation team came - assessed the situation, and was able to excavate one direction from inside the crawl space, and the opposite direction from outside. Using this approach they were able to SAFELY work in the new pipe without having to go under the concrete footing, saving us the time and expense of removing it. What was uncovered, was a sewer line that was so badly installed from the builder - Richmond - have no idea how it passed inspection. It was pitched toward the house, had a flexible rubber connection buried outside (thus the belly) and had 90 degree angles allowing gunk to collect. So basically, Richmond did an incompetent job of running the sewer line creating a time bomb for the home owner, then laid so much unnecessary concrete on top if it, it was near impossible to reach and fix it.

But....Done! was able to overcome all of the elements of this 'perfect storm' and get us up and running - and done the right way this time. Their work is also guaranteed for life. Would highly recommend this team!

My toilet was continually running. I called and they came out to take care of it. Roscoe was super nice and professional. He walked me through what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. After finishing he had me inspect the work to make sure that I was satisfied. Which I am! I received a one year warranty on the parts and labor so I couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate workmen who not only explain what they are doing, make sure you are ok with it and then follow up to make sure that you are satisfied. Thank you!

Daniel went above and beyond to make sure my drain was working. What should have been a quick snake job turned into a bigger job. Bad builder pipes and neighbor pipe issues. He made sure everything was working in both units. He is a ROCKSTAR and I can't thank him enough!!!!

Darrel came in early to get our toilet fixed and repaired it very quickly.

We have used Done 3 times now and every time they have given us excellent service. Neil did our service today and he was great!

We had a leak that was preventing us from using kitchen sink, so I called around to a few places and Done Plumbing was by far the quickest on scheduling

Roscoe was my technician and was excellent. He quickly identified where he would need to cut into the drywall and got it taken care of with no unnecessary damage, especially once it became more unclear where the leak was coming from. He quickly got the cracked pipe replaced and stuck around to make sure that was the full issue, and made a point of cleaning up the debris and even putting back in a utility rack that had to be unscrewed and removed to access the pipes

This is the first time I've needed a plumber since relocating to Aurora a year ago, and I definitely plan on using them again when something inevitably comes up again

They responded very quickly and were very professional while working in some freezing conditions. They replaced the furnace in the time they quoted.

I have nothing but great things to say about Done Plumbing. Our floor drain in the laundry room had been backed up for 5 days. Originally, the builder called the plumbing company out that placed the original plumbing and after 3 visits from them, there was no progress made. That plumbing service, called Done Plumbing to come out and our experience was great. Caleb, our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was able to fix the problem after one hour of coming in to our home. If you’re having plumbing issues, call this company first!

we discovered a small flood in our basement over the weekend but did not know the source. called a couple of plumbing companies and
Done was the only one that said that they could be out the following
Sunday morning. We had never used this company before but will
most certainly from now on. Jeremy arrived at the agreed time and
found the leak on the out going hot waterline of the hot water heater right away, explained what options we had and went to work. During the time he had to drain some of the water from the tank he discovered that our floor drain was plugged and switched gears to clear the drain before
going back to repairing the the water line. The entire time Jeremy was working he took the time to explain everything he was doing and what the additional cost would be. We were very pleased with the quality and determination of his work. He also discovered another problem with our kitchen drain that will require a camera to figure out and set up an appointment for that the following day, on the ball!! Thanks for all his hard work, you have a great employee in Jeremy.
