Update: I called Done Plumbing to replace a broken shower handle and the technician, Roscoe, was exactly the kind of technician I was hoping to meet. He explained all the different options I could follow through with, and even though no work happened that day he left with me understanding much more about how a simple change to the faucet brand makes the install far easier.

Original review: My family has never been let down by Done Plumbing and Heating. Their technicians are always friendly and willing to educate, and do not push any products or services you do not need. All of the above seems too good to be true, but it is so much so that I call them exclusively.

Chris did a great job. He worked quickly, efficiently and left us feeling much better about the issues we were experiencing in our home.

Easy to schedule and arrived promptly. I needed to have an outside faucet replaced in my older home. Involved replacing old galvanized and putting in new plumbing through basement ceiling and outside wall. The technician, Roscoe, was very professional, explained everything before starting and left everything nice and clean when finished

Dylan was my service tech,he was on time,professional and provided extremely good customer service. Dylan was knowledgeable of his trade and for his age very experienced,he explained everything very clearly to me.This was the second time that I've had Done come to my house to provide services and both times I was satisfied and impressed by their work and their service techs. I will only call Done for any future repair issues and will probably request Dylan.

We had our pipes backing up into our downstairs shower. A technician came out and solved the issue in a very timely manner. Super kind and professional. Even cleaned up the mess from the backup! Which most would have left for us to clean. I'm sure pleased with the service we received.

Roscoe from Done Plumbing fixed a pipe that burst from freezing and the shutoff valve that caused the leak which made the pipe burst. He was on time, immediately identified the issues, explained everything and fixed it all up quickly and properly. I definitely recommend Roscoe and Done Plumbing.

I purchased a faucet at a big box store then discovered water under my kitchen sink the day before it was to be installed. I cancelled the store installation and called Done to both find the leak and do the faucet install. Cody was diligent in investigating the leak, installing the faucet, and patiently answering my questions. Both he and the person I spoke with on the phone were friendly and professional. I will definitely call Done again if needed!

Done has been our go-to plumbing and heating service company for years. We found them after another company damaged a portion of our home. Done came in and ever since has offered us professional, high quality work at a fair price.

Our most recent job was replacing a kitchen faucet that broke. They were able to get Darrell out to perform the work for us this morning. Complications arose and although they were already having a crazy day, Darrell and Laurie at the office took on my craziness as well and made an incredibly difficult day exponentially better.

I will never work with another company because the bar has been set so high. We have a huge outdoor mainline repair coming up and I have no doubt they will be amazing on that project as well.

They really do care for their customers. It's not just a phrase, they mean it.

Done was very good & responsive. Woke up to a cold house (furnace not lighting), left voicemail at 6:30. April at the call center called back & coordinated, including a “heads up” an hour before Jamey arrived at 10:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem, let me know in advance what the repair would cost, and did all his work in preparation for us needing a new furnace in the next few years.

Darrell was very kind and professional. He worked hard to get all the work done in one day.

Guy showed up on time, was personal, identified the problem, fixed the problem, gave me some pointers and left.

We had an old pipe for an irrigation system that must have been removed long before we bought the house that was corroded and leaking a little bit. Done came out and removed, drained, and capped it off for us. The plumber was so respectful of our home and asked us if we had any questions at every step. We’ve used them so often since buying this home that we ended up joining the monthly membership and that has really proven to be worth it. All the work they’ve done for us has been great!

Roscoe did an excellent job. He was persistent in locating the parts needed (contacted 2 manufacturers and drove to a trade store) and helped to resolve two leaks.

Done was able to schedule a same day drain clearing, and showed up within an hour of calling due to a cancellation. Done's technician Daniel was very courteous and respectful, wearing mask and booties in the house without even asking. He very very clean and efficient in clearing a floor drain clog. Pricing was fair and competetive. Highly recommended!

I had a very small hole in a copper pipe in my basement that two other plumbing service providers failed to locate and had misdiagnosed as a leak in the main water line coming into the home. The repairs they quoted would've cost thousands of dollars. Austin, the Done technician that came to my home, was so thorough in his attempts to identify the source of the water leaking into the basement that he was the only one who correctly identified the issue. He was also able to complete the repair (cutting and replacing the damaged portion of the pipe) during the same service call. His professionalism and persistence saved me thousands of dollars. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Done Plumbing, and Austin, in particular.

We had a new dishwasher installed and garbage disposal replaced. Darrell came out and was so nice to work with! He was incredibly friendly ,professional, and was very knowledgeable! He's a great technician and went above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend!!
