I had a small leak somewhere in my system according to the Aurora water company. I found Done plumbing from a quick google search and went with them. My technician was Austin and I am very happy with the quality of his work and professionalism. Done plumbing will be my go to from now on for any plumbing that needs to be done to my house (hopefully I never have to though).

I used Done Plumbing & Heating for the first time this week and was not disappointed!! I called after 7pm and they were able to get a technician out first thing the next morning (2 other companies said they wouldn’t be able to come out for over a week). Great customer service as they called in the morning to confirm my scheduled appointment, gave me an update on the technician’s ETA, and made sure the time still worked with my schedule. They called again to let me know when the technician was 30 minutes away.

Tony arrived right on time and was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Tony was able to diagnose and fix our plumbing problem quickly and easily but wasn’t in a rush. He made sure to test everything throughly, listened and addressed all of my question and concerns, and provided great advice on how to prevent future issues.

The office called the next day to follow up and ask how everything went. Great company, great service - will be using Done for all future needs! Ask for Tony 😉

Lincoln came out right on time, and nearly immediately. The part was unavailable, so his office scoured the country, found the part, had it overnighted, and installed a couple of days later. I could not be happier.

After spending $400 to be told nothing is wrong with our A/C unit these guys came in, found the problem and resolved it immediately! My first good night's sleep in 3 months! The crew was knowledgeable and friendly and really great to work with.

I had a new furnace and AC installed. Done wasn’t the cheapest bird but they impressed me the most. They did a fantastic install with everything looking and functioning perfectly. In the past they’ve also put in a water heater for me. Great company and I highly recommend them.

The repairman was prompt and polite. He even helped to bring in some packages that were delivered. Good quality work at a fair price; who could ask for anything more?

We had a clogged pipe and started looking for someone to fix it, but every company we asked had a driver fee for them to come and couldn't even give you an estimate. We called here on a Friday afternoon and literally had an appointment for Saturday at 10 am. Brian T. got here on time, explained the cost and work. He did everything fairly quickly and it has been working great.

We had our sewer line re-done last summer with this company. They were very professional, responsive, and excellent! We love Austin and his service he is always helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. All other staff were also friendly and professional While I would never wish having to re-do an entire sewer line on anyone, I would absolutely recommend this high quality company. Thanks!

Brian helped us when we got a clog in our shop. He is super friendly, arrived in the window of time he was booked, gave a thorough explanation of issues, options for portions we could do to work on with our budget, provided preventative solutions for future issues and was very honest. His customer service is the reason I would work with Done Plumbing again.

I worked with Matt and Dallas on two separate appointments, and they were both great. We had clogs in both the tub and toilet drains in our upstairs guest bathroom, Matt came late on a Tuesday and was able to have everything done in a couple hours, they were also able to recommend a water damage service that arrived promptly after we called. Dallas helped us reset the toilet because we needed put back in after having the flooring removed, he worked quickly to address the gap between the bottom of the toilet and the floor. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves, and was mindful of social distancing. Will definitely be my first call the next time we need a plumber.

For the past two visits, we have had Josh as our plumber. He is kind, respectful, knows what he is doing, and cleans up after himself. Josh is a great guy! We would be happy to keep him as our plumber, but based on our experience with him and the one other plumber we have had from Done, we will NEVER use another plumbing company! I am certain that this company provides top-notch service with each and every single plumber they have. The prices are fair and reasonable; I am happy to get a discount any time I can, but I would happily pay regular price every time just because of the quality of the work, and the professionalism that comes with this company.

I scheduled my appointment with Done and received a call when the technician was en route. He finished the job quickly and was very courteous, including wearing a mask and gloves during the repair. I have used Done numerous times and always receive great service!
