Had a severely clogged drain that ran under the concrete from the Kitchen to the street outlet. Thing was full of grease Austen did a fantastic job clearing it.

Ben Beville, the Comfort Advisor performed a very good review of our needs and made several suggestions and provided cost data.. We also had another company perform a review and provide cost data. Ben Beville was very professional, prompt, responded to every question, and assisted in every way possible. We look forward to the installation. Ben provided us with confidence that the job will be perfect. "BBB Accredited Business" and A+ Rating " was also very important to us.

Chris was great. He explained what everything meant and gave us options to choose from. He even answered questions about other projects we’re doing around the house. Very personable.

Our technician, Zach, despite challenges with the location of the work we needed done and the product we purchased from a local hardware store, being defective, hung in there to complete the work, so we could have water. The quality of the work was top tier. This is the only plumbing company I’ll use. Every time I call they come right over and get the job quickly. One time before my kid’s birthday an hour before everyone was suppose to show up my toilet over flowed and water started to go into the tub from the drain. Done was at my house in 20 minutes and got the problem taken care of before people started showing up.

They just did furnace checkup and inspections. What I liked about them the most were their responsiveness and professionalism.

I was visited by Jack Higgins and Mateo and was astounded by the service I received. They were very Thorough, informative, no hidden fees, super kind and just overall trustworthy, fast, and effective! It didn’t feel like a business trying to make money, it felt like a family member coming to try and help some a problem. They showed up in record time too (which was incredible being that I was home, in the winter, with freezing little children!) Amazing.

We found Done Plumbing in the Team Dave Logan brochure and gave them a try. They met our schedule to clear a stopped-up drain. The technician that came was friendly and did a very good job. He cleaned up afterwards and told us to call Done if we had any problems. Plumbing service is not inexpensive but it is easier to swallow when the job is done well. Would use them again.

This was definitely the worst house news assessed and delivered in the BEST possible way I've ever experienced. Dallas and Chris went beyond the call of duty to access our subfloor plumbing and determine the extent of the problems, which were quite complicated and far-reaching. They spent alot of time and sweat investigating and documenting all of the issues and showed a depth of knowledge that inspired confidence. Their findings were able to explain all of the problems we have been experiencing and come up with a solution that remedies them all. They then took care in preparing photos and packaging the information so that it was easy to understand and evaluate as they presented their findings on a conference call with my husband and I. They were not only professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, but patient, showing integrity and great representatives of your business. I would recommend them to everyone.

Tech. was on time and assessed the issue quickly. He explained everything to me and all of my options and even gave me time to think about it (was never pushy). I also like how Done makes calls to let you know the tech is on the way and when they leave they call again to make sure everything went great.
