My furnace had been out for two days and the temperature was expected to drop to 11 at night, so I was anxious to get a replacement. Of three companies proposals, Ben from Done had the best price and was able to start work right then. Although he had to hand the installation off to Aaron, both did an excellent job. I was amazed that from approving the job to having a running furnace was probably less than 4 hours!

My tech. Showed up within the quoted time frame; as a matter of fact, they called prior to my window and offered me an earlier appointment. My tech checked a few other spots of concern in my home and saved me some money with preventative maintenance. They came as a referral and it’s easy to see why - I will absolutely use their service in the future.

She arrived on time, did a great job of cleaning out the drainage in my bathroom sink. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. I have recommended Done Plumbing and heating to my family and neighbors and always will.

These guys are great.. the company is also great. Josh walked me through the process of water heater repair and although we decided not to have the work done right away, he was extremely professional. Oh, he forgot to turn the water heater back on so I came home to a shower of luke warm water. No biggie Josh!

I called for a clogged sewer line, and was told that there was a tech nearby & could be at me house in 20 minutes. The truck arrived as scheduled and Dallas was quick and efficient as he made quick work cleaning out the clog.

He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how much it cost. He also made sure he fixed the problem at it’s core. Zachary S. came and worked on our unexpected leak we had on a snowy Sunday! We unexpectedly had water from our upstairs bath tub draining into our kitchen! We called and they sent Zach within a couple hours and he replaced the broken pipes and got the job done! He even hand cleaned our floors afterwards. This company came and matched the coupon price after a first quote and the gentlemen they sent was very pleasant and nice and respectful it was later in the evening and he did wonderful, unclogged the main line And i voiced my opinion on what i thought it couls be, he even told me after and showed me the proof that it was the roots which was nice of him, he did such a great job we haven't had any issues since and very greatful to Done plumbing for there help and prompt same day service! Our 20 year old furnace Quit on Tues morning. Naturally I didn't notice until after 4 PM. I called the company who put in my air conditioner they put a sticker on my furnace I left a message ... they still haven't called back. Than I called DONE! at 5 pm I have seen there clean trucks around town. 1st they have the BEST phone answer-ers not sure if you call them schedulers or receptionists or operators, regardless give them a call just to talk to a very up beat and friendly person. They scheduled a tech for the next day. They called to see if he could come early, he finished his check and helped me order a new furnace with 0% financing before my original appointment time. He tried to get the new furnace in the same day but since it was afternoon that wasn't possible but he did loan us 2 extra space heaters for the night. We were actually HOT before bed. The next morning the Tech arrived right on time with a confirming call first. These guys are all clean in uniform polite they listen and teach. Bottom line at every step they were appropriate efficient clean good humored under promised and over delivered. Now their sticker is on my new furnace and they will be my first call for HVAC or Plumbing problems. If you need a project DONE well and Now these are the folks to call.

I left my hose on my hose bib during a freeze in November 2019 and discovered the hose bib itself burst and flooded a corner of my basement. Done Plumbing and Heating came out to replace the hose bib and located it in an easier to reach area, as well as install a shut-off valve. The Tech, Rasco, was professional and explained everything well. Thanks for a job well done, and my apologies for not putting this review out sooner.
