Top marks for fast phone scheduling & empathy for our leak situation, technician on-time with 1/2hr prior phoned notice, fast assessment & fix of the problem, and had needed pressure reducer bell part on-hand. Pretty slick operation.

These are the good guys in plumbing. My main drain had clogged and backed up.
Done! came out and worked on it, outside AND in the dark! No complaints or excuses from the tech. Everything, including pricing and available options were presented up front.
The tech was patient with my never-ending questions, and got my problem resolved quickly and thoroughly. I will use them again!

Always have a great experience with Done. We had an issue with our furnace AND our garbage disposal died in the same week. We got both issues fixed day-of and for a reasonable price. Zach was really great with our disposal, I highly recommend him.

I've done business with Dinner Plumbing & Heating a handful of times now. Let's be honest, these are people you don't want to see frequently. In my there years as a homeowner, it's been non-stop issues. I'm fortunate enough to have some knowledge but plumbing and HVAC isn't it.
Each time I've called for help, the wait for service has been minimal (especially for emergency situations like no heat in winter with 6 kids). I'm talking they called me at 7AM and had techs at my house at 9, I emailed them at 11PM the night before. Their techs are ALWAYS polite, ALWAYS give good information, and most of all, their goal is to help and not to upsell you!
Their customer service reps are always super sweet too.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. They genuinely care.

Truly incredible experiences! We have had a few experiences with Done and all of them were extremely positive. I hope that management looks at this, because you're lucky to have these three employees.

Aaron helped troubleshoot our furnace and came back for a follow-up, he remained focused on finding a solution despite the tricky issue.

Jared was incredible! He surprised us with his initiative and left to ask a neighbor to check their gas flow and called Xcel to explain the situation so we didn't need to -- he deserves loads of recognition.

Our final experience was with the plumbing side and Michael quickly found the leak, provided an honest opinion on resolution, and didn't pressure us to an expensive fix. He was very professional, friendly, and spent extra time to make sure we understood the next steps!

This company is amazing! Jeremy and Chad came to the rescue after another plumbing company broke off a snake in my line and then wouldn't return my calls to come back to fix the issue. These guys easily remedied the problem without it costing me an arm and leg. I will definitely be using these guys from now on! Thanks so much Done Plumbing!

I called Done Plumbing about a clog in my bathroom sink drain. The technician arrived promptly within the appointment window. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the cost of the work and quickly took care of the problem. He also gave me a price quote on a toilet installation, as I'm planning on putting in 2 of them in the future. In summary, I'm happy with Done Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Updated new review: We had a problem with a leaking water supply valve when we purchased a new refrigerator just before Thanksgiving 2019. Installation of the new fridge was urgent since we had family from out of town coming in just a few days--the extra space was sorely needed.

I called Done needing same-day service. The tech showed up within 2 hours (he was even able to move his arrival time up by an hour). He took care of the repair quickly and did his best to limit the cost of the job. He was personable and explained everything, along with what the charges were.

I'll repeat what I stated in my earlier review: If you need plumbing repair, Done is a company to consider. Keep in mind that this type of work is expensive; that said, these guys do good work and make sure you understand what you're paying for.

Done Plumbing sent a plumber over promptly to replace a kitchen faucet. He was very professional, helpful and did the job in a timely manner. I would use them again for future plumbing issues.

Had a water leak, and ended up replacing all the piping in our home. Big thanks to DJ for being on time every visit, and letting me know exactly what was going to happen, and what to expect. There were no surprises, and he and Lincoln did exactly what they said they would do. I have a very unique ceiling installation that would have been unbelievably expensive to replace, so they were as minimally intrusive as they were able. They ended up making smaller holes than I thought they would, saving me thousands in drywall and other specialty repair. And now that they're done, I we consider them both friends! Very highly recommended.
