Highly recommend. We had a difficult shower leak that needed to be addressed and our technician not only found the problem in a matter of minutes, but was able to fix it without cutting into the drywall/floors of half the house. Where the one cut was needed, he used a little "tarp tent" to contain the mess. Not only did Done's technician provide a solution, he was courteous, knowledgeable and communicated well about when he would be here. Overall, exceptional service! Have already contacted them for another issue which was resolved just as perfectly.

This is by far the best plumbing & heating company I have ever used. I have had 3 separate experiences with them (2 plumbing issues they were able to resolve, and 1 new furnace install), and I have been very satisfied each time. I love how easy it is to make an appointment, as well as how timely they are. I also appreciate how nice everyone has been both in the office and at our home. Great service for decent prices. Ultimately, the job was extremely well done. I hope Matt Vance is able to service my place again if I need something in the future. I needed to have my drain rerouted with my new under mount sink (already installed) and he made things look crisp. Matt was a very clean professional and had great insight. Over the last 15 years, we've needed to use Done Plumbing & Heating three times for issues beyond basic handyman level plumbing. Our house is over 40 years old. Each of the three times I've found their service to be very professional and their work 100% satisfactory. I'm sure they're not the cheapest, but I've had good luck using them.
