We were helped by Dallas and he was awesome! Showed up quick, replaced a bunch of old valves in our kitchen, made sure he explained things well and always wore his booties, ha.

Ms Cason was great in attitude , and along with being bound and determined to take care of the problem . She tried one way and when that wasn't working , she went on to another method which work wonderfully . Everything is working great and carefully cleaned up after the work was done . I will give her five stars for attitude and work ethics .

Overall I had a good experience with this company. I was impressed with their customer service and with my Service Pro Conner that came out to my house did a great job! They send you his profile ahead of time which is comforting. Bottom line is if your able to say that you "had a positive experience after putting your own hard earned money into small room you rent on a monthly basis, and only to go #2 in"! I had a great experience with these folks. They called within 15 minutes of me sending an email, and had someone out that afternoon, even though it wasn't an emergency leak. The plumber was efficient and professional and did a great job. It was pricey, but I think that's plumbing.

Austin came out, found & fixed the source of my plumbing issue quickly, after the first plumber who came out completely misdiagnosed the problem and tried to charge me $4k to fix it...I only had to pay Done a fraction of that price!!

We called and Cason came same day! She fixed a toilet, sink and tub drain. It was great.

Done Plumbing & Heating has been a great company to deal with. We've used them for plumbing issues in the past and now for options for replacing our AC unit. Jamey gave us all the information we needed and provided a number of quotes. He also helped us better understand how the system functions. We thought we needed a larger unit but in fact the unit we have is just right. To know Done is an honest company and not just out to sell more than you need just for the money is what makes us confident in choosing them.

This was not the first time we have used Bryan from Done Plumbing. He always does a first rate job. If you want it done right you can count on this company. Bryan replaced our gas hot water heater and replummed our main water valve shut offs.

Vern and Matt from Done Plumbing replaced the outside gas line from the meter to my gas fireplace because it was rusting. They were thorough and efficient with their time. They made sure everything was up to code and safe. They were also very respectful and friendly. It wasn't a cheap job, but it had to be done, and Vern was able to give me some discounts that helped out.

Plumber Cason was great! She listened rhen my options clearly with specific cost info... and what really counts is she got the job done efficiently and right the first time. Had company coming so was very important!
