Our plumber Josh was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us great customer service. He answered all our questions and also made sure we understood what was going on with our kitchen and the repairs he did before he left. Had another great experience with Done last year when our water heater broke all of a sudden and flooded our basement. We had a new A/C unit put in and they were able to schedule our quote the following Monday, and then schedule the installation the same week. The installers did a great job and taught us all of the features on the new thermostat.

I've called other vendors before and they all have significant wait times for service. When it's freezing outside and your heat goes out you can't wait a week for service. Done Plumbing & Heating has always been able to respond to the several heating and AC issues we've had very quickly. They are highly professional, their service is great and their prices are fair.

Since then, we had Done back and had them replace two toilets. We had a problem with a leak and it resulted in our needing a new main water valve. Lincoln and Zack were AWESOME. I highly recommend this company

After finding this company, our staff here love the kind, professional and courteous attitudes they bring upon arrival and throughout the duration of repairs. They have always fixed our problems and were quick to respond to our needs (which is a lot for our business). They were quick to respond to a dispute and rectified it immediately to our satisfaction. Appointment was scheduled for the day after my initial call. The day of the appointment, a dispatcher called to let me know the technician could come out earlier if I was available to meet him. I appreciated the communication on this. The technician arrived and assessed the situation. He came up with a plan of action as well as quoting me a price. I expected to have to schedule the actual work for another day, but the technician cleared it with his office and was able to complete the plumbing work and water heater replacement by late afternoon. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Many thanks to Roscoe and to Done.

We were struggling to find a solution to our heat pump error for over four months. Neither the home builder, the manufacturer, the original installer, nor a second HVAC company were able to solve this issue. In fact, ALL OF THE PREVIOUS ENTITIES EFFECTIVELY ABANDONED US (e.g. stopped returning calls and emails) without resolving the issue. Only Done Plumbing stuck with us, figured out the core issue (very subtle/complex initial installation error), and stayed with us until the complex work was completed and working correctly. In our eyes, Done Plumbing & Heating was the hero in rescuing an increasingly desperate situation when others simply threw up their hands and walked away. I cannot praise Done Plumbing enough, specifically Aaron Taylor, for their technical knowledge and professionalism.

A little expensive but for the quality of work and customer service the price is worth it!!!
