I was very pleased with a quick response to a leak in the kitchen. The initial time was to be between 4-6 pm but got a call @ 10 am that there was an opening. Everything was fixed and cleaned up by noon. Thank you, John, for a job well done!

Cason was an excellent and master plumber. She was efficient, knowledgable, went above and beyond and had offered great services. Plus, it was awesome having a female technician!!!

I called Done to replace the mixing valve in the shower in my basement, and to take a look at a tap in my main floor bathroom. The work was scheduled quickly and the tech arrived ahead of time. He fixed the tap right away which just had a clogged aerator. The shower repair was more extensive but he finished that job in good time. I like Done because they are a family business who provide great customer service. Kind of like the way things used to be (sigh). The office staff follow up when the job is done to make sure everything is working ok. I highly recommend Done for any plumbing job.

I was very impressed with the service at Done! They were able to get me in quickly, which was important as my kitchen sink was clogged. The technician was very polite and capable of clearing my clog in my pipe quickly. I’d definitely recommend them.

James was awesome. He clearly explained our options once the work requested was presented to him. He made suggestions that were very helpful, both for the work needed and for the future maintenance of our plumbing. James completed the work agreed upon in a timely manner with a very successful outcome and explained what he did. He left his work areas all cleaned up. I would recommend James’s work to anyone.

What a WONDERFUL hot water heater replacement experience we had
with Done Plumbing and Heating by DJ and Randy. These plumbers/engineers COMPLETELY satisfied our needs in the midst of
a " 50 gallon flood". We are picky so this is quite a compliment!!!!
They met our every need efficiently, professionally,and technically
from the time they started until they finished--installing the water heater and completely redoing the pipes that were corroded. The builder had installed the water heater but not correctly.
All is well now and we are SO HAPPY.

Nick was on time. Pointed out the situation, went to work and fixed it.
I was a little astounded at the cost. We, of course, had to have it done.

We needed a frost free outdoor faucet replaced, so I called Done Plumbing and Heating. Bryan, our technician, arrived and immediately started the job. He was very courteous and professional, and completed the work quickly and efficiently.I would definitely use this company again for any future work.

From the day I made the appointment, the confirmation the morning of the appointment and the follow up call after the job was done, the service was excellent. Most importantly, Nick (the plumbing technician) was knowledgeable, professional and reliable. He answered all my questions, explained the problem and how much it would cost and why. Lastly, he said it would take between 4-5 hours and and he was done around 4 hours. All this allowed me to feel at ease, knowing the work would be done right and it was. We had DJ out to do our yearly preventative maintenance on our mainline. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He also recommended hydrojetting our kitchen line as we have had an issue with it in the past. All work was done in a timely manner and he left the work areas spotless. We can always count on Done!

James was the technician who came out to clear our main line. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Also was able to fix a issue with our clean out cap on the line another service messed up. Would recommend DONE plumbing and heating every time, James in particular. He knows what he's doing and is worth the money!!

Everything just worked out flawlessly. I made a reservation for a drain clean out under their Spring special. They were able to schedule me in two days but they called the next day with a cancelled time slot and James was there within a half hour. He finished quickly and was ultra clean and gave me some good info for another project I’m contemplating. Smooth, efficient and very clean during and at finish.

Done has done it again. I am sure that phrase has been used numerous times. But, we wish to compliment DJ for his outstanding fix to our plugged main sewer line problem. He quickly found the problem, then explained our alternatives in lay-language. His timely and professional clearing of stoppage was greatly appreciated. When he finished, he further explained what he did and what was found. His attention to detail all along the way was greatly appreciated, especially for our Senior household. The job was completed to our satisfaction, and our sewer system is back in full operation. DJ was fully versed in the company policies and warranty services which he explained with clarity. Thanks DJ. May I add, that the office staff at Done P&H, is sldo thanked for their professionalism. They kept us informed all during the coordination of getting DJ to us in a timely manner. We had a communication outage in Aurora, but the Team made it all come together.

They were fantastic! We were needing something done quickly and they came out that day to give an estimate and got it all installed within days. They were knowledgeable and reliable! You don’t tend to see such great customer service these days. Truly, I couldn’t recommend them enough. GO WITH THESE PEOPLE and thank me later :)!

I love the fact that they don't charge to come out to your house and the flexibility of the appointment scheduling, however if you have a minor problem, like I did, you end up over paying. However, if you have a bigger problem, it definitely works out.

The team was super responsive, the tech that came to my house was super friendly and knowledgeable. My only feedback would be to get your techs certified in Nest products. This will help you penetrate the market even more.
