First of all Done plumbing and heating has the most professional dispatching service I have come across. They gave us a time window, then called to see if our tech could come earlier, which worked for me. Our technician, James Steinbach, arrived and patiently waited while I put our dogs outside. He saw our problem immediately, gave us a very fair estimate, and quickly and efficiently finished the task. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Highly recommend this service. They do great work.

On a Sunday morning, we called Done Plumbing & Heating after a major leak was discovered that required immediate attention. The telephone support was excellent, and we received an email telling us about the technician and the estimated time of arrival. Josh arrived sooner than expected, and he did a great job informing us of the problem and how he would need to do the repair. Josh was very personable and professional. No problems since then! It is nice to know we can rely on Done Plumbing & Heating when the need arises.

I had water shooting out feomnunder my sink, my technician showed up on time, was very professional, friendly and was able to resolve my issue.

Cason was very professional and informative. She took care of our issue in a timely fashion, as well as provided good maintenance tips for the future.

This was the 1st time I've used Done for a plumbing issue and I was very impressed by the service of Cason (the technician) and the office. My appointment was between 1and 3 and they called before that and were able to get here at 1. She came in and listened to my problem and CD answered my questions etc... once she fixed the problem she set me up with an appointment to get an estimate for a/c. Very professional and will definitely use again.

It was our first time using your company’s services and we couldn’t be happier. From the person who made our appointment to our plumber Casen where so nice and accommodating. Cason knew her stuff and quickly figured out our plumbing problem and fixed it! Definitely will use your company again (as long as we get Cason), hopefully not too soon though!

I had a great experience with Done Plumbing. I received a call confirming the appointment and another when the technician was on his way. Vern is the guy who fixed my leak. He was very professional yet very engaging. I will ask for him next time. I definitely will use Done Plumbing in the future.

So I am back two years later to continue to say that Done Plumbing is reliable and fair(yes, prices do go up). If you have an old house and know the routine of getting a main line snake every two years, you should also set aside maintenance funds so it isn't too painful(someone was fussing about main line snakes not costing $100 anymore).
I agree to pull the toilet and place it should not cost $149.00

So I called Done at 12:35AM and left spoke with the afterhours operator. I received my return call promptly at 7:05AM Wednesday morning with my window of Tech onsite for 10am-2pm.
Jonah B. was at the door step at 2pm. Gave me the updated pricing and it is a little high, BUT I am ok with the price because I know the job would be done. The price of $313 is nothing compared to other plumbing businesses that live to screw the customer with add on or scare tactics.

Bottom line is Done Plumbing will always get my business and we(other neighbors with similar old clay pipes) will be contacting Done over the next year to schedule all our houses to get main line sleeves to help reduce costs, re-staging and permitting.

Can not say enough about this company! After a mistake in calling another plumber last Thursday evening because we couldn't wait until morning, DONE came to the rescue of another competitor that tried to rip off my wife when I wasn't there. They re-ran our main line when the other company said they couldn't clear the blockage(there was not blockage), they re-ran the snake three times and verified full and complete operation(when the other company stated we could only flush liquid and we had to have a camera snake the following day for an additional $250), they replaced the toilet, sold us bioeating goodies for the pipes, and left us with a complete 100% comfort that all was well in the world.

Ok, maybe a bit over the top, but this company has ALWAYS provided above and beyond professionalism all for a extremely fair price!

If you want it Done correctly the first time...Call DONE everytime you need plumbing work done! Ask for Gavin!

Called Done and within 1 1/2 hours I had a plumber at my house, cleaning our kitchen drain and inspecting where our leak was originating from. Done sent their technician, Lincoln Van Horn, who was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Lincoln took the time to really explain where the leak was coming from and the best ways to fix it. I highly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating for any issues you may be experiencing. (& If you can request Lincoln, DO!, I know I will if there is a next time.) This is the second time in 3 years that we have used Done and I am always pleased with their technicians, the professionalism and how quickly they can resolve our issues.

Done Plumbing has always done a great job for me. They are very quick and responsive. They also come in and are very clean and do a great job. They always wear shoe booties which is above and beyond!
