I found Done Plumbing 3 years ago when I bought my house and had a few plumbing issues left behind by previous owners. I found Done's technicians knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Since then, I've called Done whenever I had a plumbing problem...most recently a frozen sump-pump drainage pipe. Done was extremely responsive and had someone at my house within a couple of hours. The tech quickly identified the problems and suggested options to repair. I'm very happy with Done Plumbing and will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.

Brian was friendly, helpful and conscientious. He had to order a part from a supplier. When the part finally came in, he got the water heater working again!

Unfortunately, our heater decided to not work just as the blizzard began, March 13th, 2019. Ben showed up, quickly; looked at our heater; called to get the part needed; and left during that messy weather. He drove 20 minutes, each way, to get the part and returned. JD was prompt arriving, personable during the visit & did a good job cleaning out my water heater. He explained what he was doing & gave me the choice of methods if there was more than one way to do things. Took the time he needed to do a complete and compatent job.

They were able to find time the same day I contacted them to inspect and clean my furnace. The technician was friendly, quick and right on time.

I had two toilets that needed to be reset after some new floor tile was laid. I liked that the plumber had a plan of attack. All the little details were addressed like cutting down the bolts to get the beauty caps back on and adding extra screws to the floor plate. He took a little extra time to get everything correct .

Justin Scamp repaired my shower on March 2, 2019.
He was very pleasant and very conscientious while working to repair my tub/show.
He was careful to not track anything into the house, Cleaned up after replacing the shower control, etc.
I have always had excellent service from DONE when I have had to have repairs at my current house or my prior house.
I will continue to use DONE Heating and Plumbing for any of my repairs.

Tech was very courteous and informative, checked everything and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. He took steps to keep house clean and dry, as it was snowing outside.

James came at the scheduled time and was knowledgeable about the sewer back up problem.
Would like a longer warranty than 15 days. And, the $99 price is for one pipe to be cleared. If the clog isn't fixed, and another area needs to be unclogged, it's another $99.
The 5 star review is for James and the office staff. The women were very friendly and courteous.
