Mateo and Jack saved the day. Furnace malfunctioned in the dead of night but when I called in the morning they were sent over very quickly and had us warming up again in no time. They were knowledgeable, friendly and overall just great people. Thanks to all!

I had a plumbing problem and I called Done Plumbing, they sent a technician out by the name of Tony Pavicic. I just want to compliment Done Plumbing for having a technician with such skill and pride in workmanship to fix my problem. It’s been years since I’ve experienced that kind of dedication from a service technician! This was done on a Saturday, expensive, yes! But I’m completely satisfied and happy with what was accomplished. Thank you Done Plumbing.

James did a great job. He explained everything very well to my 81 year old father-in-law and took his time doing the job correctly and stayed in his hour time frame. He even showed us what was clogging the bathroom sink.

DJ did a fantastic job on multiple plumbing projects we had, the first of which was clearing a blockage in a secondary pipe that had caused water to backup and spill out into our laundry room. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered my many questions on his first trip out.

During the second scheduled repair day, DJ brought a trainee, Jonah, who was also friendly and courteous. DJ seemed like a good teacher, explaining the work carefully to Jonah and having him step in and do parts of the work himself when appropriate. On that second visit, they replaced two outdoor hose spigots and the connected piping inside and replaced a kitchen faucet. They also used a mini pressure jet to clean the originally blocked pipe, which was expensive but worth it. (I’d assumed they would jet the line once, but they ended up jetting it about eight times and the work took about two hours, so that explains the ~$500.00 price tag.) On the first couple jet cleans, disgusting black sludge was pushed out of the pipes, but by the eighth time they jetted the line, the water was mostly clear. DJ also arranged for a scope to be done on the line after the cleaning to check for any damage that could have contributed to the blockage in the first place, which was much appreciated.

Overall, I was happy with the work done and very impressed with the level of service that DJ provided.

I called very late in the afternoon (because of course plumbing emergencies never happen in the middle of the day) and Done had someone out to my home in less than 45 minutes. The technician was Jonah Bohn and he was great. He was respectful, careful, clean, and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the promptness and professionalism that Jake, the service tech had. Anyone who has had a main line backup knows how frustrating it can be. They arrived at my home within an hour of me calling on a Sunday with no extra charges. He got everything done and cleaned up within about 30-45 minutes and I was back to doing laundry. Yea.

This was our first experience using Done, and I couldn't be more pleased. Our technician, Darrell, was prompt, considerate (seeing carpet, he immediately pulled out shoe covers - likely would do the same for hardwood floors,) and most professional. He presented the estimate of the cost before jumping into the requested work (we had a plugged bathroom drain.) Quickly found the clog - deep in the wall and didn't stop there. Continued cleaning deeper to make sure he got it all. He kept his work area immaculate and went so far as to clean the sink where we had used a plunger. Darrell carefully explained every step, and even presented and provided discounts on other services Done provides before he left. I believe their charges are well in line with previous service providers, if not less. Frankly, I knew we had made a good decision when he put on shoe covers and it only got better from that point on. I recommend Darrell and Done without hesitation!

Professional, straight forward and honest. Even though my own ametuer attempt to fix the clog caused them some extra problems, they worked right through.

James arrived early! He explained pricing before he started, allowing us to choose the method we'd prefer, and was able to fix our plumbing issues rather quickly. He was careful and clean and pleasant. Highly recommend, and will use this company again if we need future repairs.
