So I called em up in hopes of getting someone to fix my heater and calling them turned out to be the best decision I made! They were really nice and sent out Salem, an amazing technician, who not only was a really rad dude but was also very knowledgeable and within minutes he was able to figure out what the issue was. Then when it came down to repair the darned thing he was very reassuring and made the whole situation painless and stress free! I really recommend this company and if y'all get Salem, know that you're in good hands 👌🏼

They had been recommended by our HOA management company, as the building requires a certain level of training to handle our building's commercial boilers. The staff was professional & courteous, & had my work scheduled very quickly. They called as promised to say they were on the way, arrived on time, & had the job done without fuss or drama. We had no hpt water pressure. Asked to have Roscoe come and see what was causing the problem. He said correctly that we needed a new hot water heater as it was 14 yrs. old and causing the problem. After he replaced the hot water heater and brought things up to code, we had good prssure once again. Thank you for your professionalism Rpscoe.

Done Plumbing did a wonderful job of taking care of our drainage problem. The tech was on time, very courteous and knew exactly how to take care of the problem and was very clean. He told us about some things we might want to consider do to our drains that will help them work better and more efficient.

Great receptionist/schedule person handling my incoming call. Fantastic response time. Terry Was our technician and he was excellent! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a perfectionist!
I wish the cost was less but Terry explained the levels of enhanced customer coverage. We choose one and it reduced the cost significantly... Plus, soon we'll call to have our furnace looked at. Overall it was a great experience! I definitely recommend Done!

We had an emergency water repair-and they were able to get everything together to be able to fix our leak within 4 hours of first contacting them! They were able to get excel energy out to do a 'locate' and get all necessary equipment to come out and dig in our yard and fix the broken sprinkler pipe- and even deal with the city! We have used DONE in the past and they have DONE such great work, they got our call without hesitation!

These guys are awesome! They called me to let me know that their technician could come earlier than my scheduled appointment which was great! Jamey was very professional and had my heat on in a few minutes. He explained the problem in a way I could understand and he didn't try to upsell anything. As usual, the technician today was professional and knowledgeable. DONE employees are always pleasant as they go about their work, and always diagnose the problem correctly, give an accurate quote of what I will need to pay, and then at the end of the job, they charge what thet said they would.

This company is amazing. The people are professional, kind, friendly & skilled. Great work! The technician, DJ, did a fantastic, thorough job. DJ rebuilt one of the toilets and installed toilet seat mounted hygiene bidets on both toilets. Now we need less toilet paper. Done Plumbing was also able to do all the work the same day I called. Done Plumbing exceeded my hopes and expectations. I had an urgent situation over the weekend and started researching plumbing companies online. I normally like to use a referral but wasn't able to get any positive ones quickly so I had to go by reviews by customers. I decided on Done and I am glad I did! Jake was professional, polite, paid attention to detail, double checked his work and picked up afterwards both days that he worked on my project. No complaints at all.....and I would guess their other technicians represent the company in the same way.
