Had water in the basement, called Done and they were able to get a technician to the house in under two hours. The office called when he was on his way and made a follow up call to make sure everything had gone well. The technician, whose card I have misplaced, was efficient, friendly and took care of the problem. Very good service.

I think that John did a nice job, but I also think the cost was a little high.

Super fast response for a Saturday! DJ was right on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely pleasant and respectful of our home and was even as quiet as he could be while our little one was napping. He got everything fixed for us and even solved a problem with our fridge water that we didn’t know could be adjusted. I’d highly recommend Done Plumbing and will call again when needed. Thanks!

Had kitchen sink back up, the first in forty years. Feared the worst. Done put us on priority list for evening appointment but came hours earlier after advising us of opening in day schedule. Problem efficiently cleared with 40' of snake and enzyme treatment.

I highly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating. My AC went out at 9pm in the middle of summer when it was 90 degrees out almost everyday. I called Done at 9:30 pm and was pleasantly surprised to talk to a live person. She was so friendly and helpful!! She booked us a 7am appointment the very next morning. Jamey was our rep and he was so helpful with the whole process. Thanks to Jamey and his team, we had our AC back on with in 48 hours!
