Absolutely amazing! I get anxiety dealing with stuff like this and who to go with. DONE was on point! The lady that answered was polite and efficient, found someone 15 minutes away to come over and fix my problem even though it wasn't an emergency. Everyone else was 2-3 days. Vern was one of the coolest, most professional tradesmen I have ever met (and I work in commercial construction). He was polite, timely and proficient in his work. DONE is my new plumbing company thanks to their employees!

PS . April on the phone was very helpful and kind as well. She has the most pleasant voice, that put me at ease right away. I knew I had called the right company when she answered the phone.

Technician gave me a few options based on what type of pricing I was willing to spend. Very nice and cordial. When providing the options for pricing he also included the ongoing promotion without me having to ask. I will definitely call on this company again for help with my Plumbing and Heating.

I call Done at 1pm on a Saturday with a leaking toilet. They told me the earliest would be Sunday, which was still much better than the 20 other plumbers I had called. They also placed me on a waitlist if something became available sooner. They were able to come out 3 hours later and fix everything!!! The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and stayed until the job was finished with no rush to leave quickly and get on with his weekend. The whole process was full of very nice, helpful people. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

Our plumber was DJ. Very friendly and great to work with. Walked us through all the possible outcomes of the job while also having great conversations. This was a same day appointment and he was in and out. Great company and reasonable prices!

I moved into a new home recently, and after I got back from a long trip found that my A/C wouldn't turn on. I called a different company first, and the technician who came out refused to go up into the attic! He diagnosed the problem from the ground floor and told me I'd need a new motor blower installed.

So after that I called Done Plumbing & Heating, and they had a tech out the same day to actually inspect my problem. Turns out it was just that a little door on the furnace hadn't been screwed on properly (probably during the home inspection?). Literally within 2 minutes of Jamey going up the ladder into the attic, the A/C was back on and working like a dream. He only charged me $40, when I was thinking I'd be lucky to get things running for $1000! What a relief!

It's really wonderful to work with a company that has integrity, and I'll be using Done Plumbing & Heating very soon again without hesitation. I should have called them first!

Technician Salem, was excellent. Told me everything he was doing, each step at a time. Took the time to show me each part used in the replacement, showed and explained why he was replacing it as well. Gave suggestions as how to maintain device and prolong its use.
Extremely polite and professional and actually listened to what had happened and reason for the service, instead of just deciding what happened.

Nick spent a lot of time unplugging my sink. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
