Will duct cleaning help with musty smells coming from my vents?
It depends on the source. Musty odors from vents are most often caused by mold or bacteria growth in the duct system, on the evaporator coil, or in the air handler — all of which Done cleans as part of our service. In cases of active mold growth, we may also recommend a sanitizing treatment. If odors persist after cleaning, an IAQ assessment may identify additional sources like the coil or drain pan.

Yes — we require an adult to be present for the duration of the service. Duct cleaning requires access to your air handler, all supply and return registers, and usually your attic or crawl space.
